Dearest Wabbit,
All my fav guys are sick or hurting. So sad. Hope you feel better soon. You just take it easy and don't worry about us. We will do fine. You just get better. Still can't wrap my head around the fact how gown up the "kids" are now. Makes me feel even older....
As far as this game, I am not really into TM games as you know. They aren't too bad if they aren't on a timer..but, to me, they always seemed like too much work. I just couldn't get into them..and then this "'Cons: Overall a shallow gaming experience. Flaws from the first game remain. Lacks engaging graphics and a proper tutorial. Islands are only superficially different from each other.'' I had might as well pass. But I know others like them so I am glad GGOTD and MPC is offering this game.
I got an update on Wizards of Alamar https://game.giveawayoftheday.com/wizards-of-alamar/ @Xavier took our suggestions..and you don't have to sign in every FLIPPING time plus he is working a windowed version.. He posted a Thank You on the game page....
"Devlog 1.1.18
-- added this patch --
-Added a lot of coding to the magic shop to get it ready for The Roaming Tower!!!!
-You can upgrade fireballs so they bounce off hard surfaces. This makes it get interesting since you can basically shoot around walls now.
-Damage and speed levels on the Ice Spears can be upgraded now. You can also upgraded it to shot through multiple enemies!
-email and password are now saved in the client.NO MORE HAVING TO TYPE THEM IN EVERY FLIPPING TIME!!!
-a new defending walls side quest.
-new traps and upgraded enemies... so watch out.
There are several new Patreon doors through out the quests and we are working on a Patreon portal for the village. Remember we are talking a dollar a month to unlock all this extra stuff. We have to pay for this somehow.
-- future patches --
-Working on a sound rework that will add volume controls for spells, ambient, etc
-Working on a resolution scale to allow you to choose the desired resolution and if you want it windowed or fullscreen.
-Working on a few new door puzzles to add some variety. Next week will be the Rune Door.
-Working on a few new spell ideas to mix up combat a bit."
The really sad part is you didn't feel well enough to do a review for his game like you do usually. Hopefully, in the future you will get chance. If you do, make sure you let me see it!!!!!
Anyways, feel better! That's an order!
And huggles to you and your family...

Stephen,
Don't waste any time with things like this ("thing", because it doesn't even qualify as a 'person'...). You know how many here are supporting and understand you, and admire all the help and effort you dedicate to this game giveaway 'ecosystem'. Just delete it and forget it immediately!!

alexyu,
Thanks for your support. I used to reply to such comments, but soon realized that's what they want, a reaction. I don't even read them fully anymore as I know they are just sad people looking for attention. They are deleted as soon as I see their names.

Great relief - this game does work under Windows XP!
I don't like the time and resource management games, but this game is really addictive!
Unfortunately, you should point any item when a worker is available. You could not mark some items in advance, as in Dragon Crossroads or Rescue Frenzy. It makes the game a bit more challenging.
Anyway, this is an interesting game! Great thanks!

JEDIGEG, RT3, RT4, RT5, and RT7 all work with Windows XPsp3. I could not get RT6 to work at all with XP but it worked in W7. (and RT5 is my favorite) -WT

Sorry you are still "under the weather" and hope things slow down soon for you. Seems life can throw some curves at times... One step at a time is my suggestion....
Have downloaded with no problems on Win 10 home. Did not need to turn off antivirus or firewall.
I'm still working on last week's game. Gave me hours of fun when I needed a little diversion from life... Thank you :-)

Hope you feel better soon, Rabbit!
Time management games are not my favorite, but Legendary Mahjong from last week will keep me busy for quite a while.

Delilah, Thanks Delilah, appreciated.
I'm a little better this morning (compared to the last four days). I just need to take it easy for a few more days. The next several weeks are going to be extremely busy (and stressful) partly because both my kids are approaching important examinations that will determine their futures. Cal is virtually set as he's approaching the end of his second year as a pharmacy student and has been doing well, but he gets extremely stressed approaching and during exams. My daughter is taking her A level examinations the first week of June (to be accepted on the courses she wants she needs a minimum of 2 x A's and 1 x B, but she has been struggling with her chemistry and math. We've been paying out almost £100 a week on tutors, which helps a little, but it's not enough, so we are spending hours every day trying to help and motivate her.
My son also has his end of 2nd year exams (reading Pharmacy). Both need a lot of support over the next several weeks, so I'm probably going to be posting mini reviews or a short synopsis rather than my usual lengthy efforts until the exams are finished.
Also, we are nearing the end of the period where we can sue the builder who ripped us off for over £45K almost 5 years ago when we moved to this home. We employed a solicitor who has been a waste of time and money (it's already cost us over £10K in legal fees and around £15K in repair costs with the major work having been suspended until the court case). If a writ isn't served by the end of June, we won't be able to do anything about it because the statute of limitations is 5 years; though if the writ is served, that can be extended a few months. The builder is on his last job before retiring, so we are really worried that we will see him get away with his fraud and work that didn't conform to building regulations. To be honest, I don't care about the actual money any more; I just want justice to be served. 'Scuze the rant, that's helped a little; :)
