hEAT OF EVIL:

In Brief:
hEAT OF EVIL is an unusual time management game, though has all the usual elements of a restraunts/fast food type TM game. . Despite there being two language options i.e. English and Russian, the spoken tutorial is in Russian, though there is an English sub title included (with grammar and spelling errors). It's rather gory and for those who are religious it may be in bad taste, so please be forewarned. It's also definitely not a game for Children (IMO).

Basically you have to complete a series of orders within a specified time. You can see how long you have on each order as there is a count down timer. Complete the order within the time and you earn souls. These can be spent on various things in the store to improve your chances of completing orders. I failed my second level twice before completing it. Partly because I'd not read all of the instructions that were given. This game would be much improved if there was an English speaking option.

Most of the images (that look rather misty) above are taken from the tutorial. The actual game graphic is much clearer than most of the images above imply. I didn't get time to take any screen captures as the time you get to complete early levels is quite short.

Instructions on how to play:
The following instructions are taken from the help page in game, with some grammar corrections and changed words.

Drop the meat onto the grill plate (burner) You must cook the food that is listed in the orders (that can be found in the top right of the screen) Once the order has been cooked, drop the food onto the appropriate order form. When all the food from a particular order is completed, you automatically earn souls; the number of souls earned depends on how fast you completed the order.

To cook soup, drop four eyes from the glass jar into the tureen (boiler), after a time, green smoke appears, indicating the soup is ready. Each soup plate, located on the bottom left below the tureen requires two ladles of soup.

Once you've earned some souls you can start to upgrade your griddle by speeding up the process of cooking or buying new burners, bun plates and blood cups.

As you progress through the levels, new recipes (dishes) will become available automatically

You can quickly place buns and eyes using the hotkeys 1,2,3, & 4. If you burn any food, it can be destroyed using the Right Mouse Button.

Notes on Security
I scanned a zipped copy of the installed game using Virus Total and it found zero hits from 58 antimalware engines.
