Witches was available as a giveaway on October 21, 2020!
The forest looked at you ominously. The fog grew even stronger. A female howl was heard from the fog again. The frost passed through the skin. Only you from the witch team survived. Squeezing their weapons tighter, they went to look for a way out of this horror.

Not to confuse the issue further, but used computers don't have a big market on eBay and you can pick up the components you want/need to complement what you already have and combine them for far less than buying new though no warranty. Have learned it is easier than starting over from scratch to combine what I have with what is available with great and inexpensive results.

TJ,
Hi TJ, Yeah, I noticed, regarding the lack of used gaming rigs. There are a few, but all so far have been older computers with mainly second generation i7 CPU's. Not really what I'm looking for. A few years ago there were a lot more available, in fact I bought my daughter a decent gaming rig with a reasonable i7 (i think it was a 7th gen Kaby Lake i7) with a ninth generation GTX 980Ti for a fantastic price two years ago for her 18th birthday (which incidentally is today the 22nd October); but I suppose times change, especially now that there are a lot of decent gaming laptops available.
I've been looking at individual components from both new and second hand sources on eBay and have found some excellent second hand bargains, though all the second hand ones are in the bidding section so the prices may rise when it's approaching the final few moments of bidding; I always place my first bid in the last 20 seconds then immediately place a second bid with the maximum I'm prepared to bid, this usually only leaves a few seconds before the end of the bidding and more often than not i've been successful. The first CPU I've seen (a Ryzen 7 3700X) doesn't end until Sunday morning so there's some time to look at other alternatives.

Please warn users when Falcon software is the download of the day. They plaster obscure icons all over desktop, most security software complains and the software does NOT work most of the time.

Gary,
Hello Gary,
All the games given away via Falcoware are commercial games. To be able to give them away Falcoware includes low level adware that earns Falcoware money. Part of this is given away to the developer for allowing the games to be given away.
Recently the Falcoware installer has been removed from the giveaway versions, but I noticed that today's did include the Falcoware installer, which is where the adware is located.
No adware is installed into the computers system. It is totally enclosed within the game and is only active when the game is installing and when you close the game down your browser is opened to their home page. The four shortcuts installed to the desktop (not counting the fifth game shortcut) are internet shortcuts and can be deleted with no effect on the game.
I've installed virtually every Falcoware game given away apart from the last few (due to my computer being broken) and have never had any issues running them.
