Has anybody figured out why the Toomky games on some computer install with a rolling video?

For HOG fans yeah guess ok. Played to farmhouse, barn part after initial HOG scene. Finding pieces isn't that hard compared to many of these. Hints options for casual or harder and other bits follow recent settings.
My main gripe is the 'coding' design behind this genre, meaning Find this, do this, do that. Becomes a chore, esp considering the side charm of finding a tip video when you get stuck in loop and realize way forward is getting the thread that will allow further progress. So if endless finding needle in haystack floats your boat for tiny payoffs well this will feed that. As adult too much else going on and I'd rather just read a book where you go with the flow rather than this go, stop, maybe go, nah can't go so do this to do that. yawn.
Overall decent graphics, creepy (Halloweenish) atmosphere, music. For fans 8.75/10 Thanks GOTD.

I have one of the "Weird Park" games. It is EXCELLENT! I may have not gotten in on time when this one was previously offered, so am very pleased to have another opportunity for it.
About this particular download: this is the first time Google Chrome has blocked a download from Toomky. Wondering what that is all about.
Fortunately, Chrome also gave me an option to proceed.

DianaAspenHill, I, also, have had some issues with downloading files lately from GAOTD, although, in my case, it's from my AVAST antivirus. It "blocks" the download. But then if I click on that notice, I also have the option to "keep" the file, which I do. NONE of the once-blocked downloads has EVER been infected! SO, like you, I wonder what's going on!

I see it was not listed to play on Win 10, but I had to try anyway. Mine is an old laptop, but the game runs fine. Not a wide screen view, but everything seems to work well. Fun game for this time of year. If they could make it run on newer machines, I think this game would still sell. Thanks !!

Hi, Most of the weekend games seem to be, but since Nov 2018 we have been getting games from Falocware that have not been repeated yet. A lot of the games are cheap Unity games, but we do get some excellent games from them. You just have to check each weekday. Some weeks we get 3 or 4 games over the Monday to Friday period, sometimes 2 or 3 but so far we've always got a few at the very least. some even run for two days. Plus of course we still get the very occasional limited Steam giveaway.
