Anyone know if there is a problem with activation? I've been sitting on the ?active URL for this game for at least 5 minutes. If it doesn't get activated today, will I not be able to play the game?

Installed fine on XP SP2 with TI 4600 GPU 2000+CPU
Reminds me of the old wipeout game but for cars in the 3rd person. Not too bad maybe i'm getting old but none of the tracks were remotely difficult and the game play gets repetitive. Heading in the right direction anyway as far as i'm concerned.

Crashed my XP SP2 computer 2 times and never ran at all but un-installed nicely. That hasn't happened before. Thanks anyway.

Tiny Cars 2 seems like a fun game. I will test multiplayer with my kid. Why are some cars not available yet? I guess if I play more and or win with the stupid arrow key thing annoying me all the time, they may "unlock"? Give it a try and see how you do with arrow key controls :-(

Is there a way to tell if the software version IS registered AFTER it is installed?

Nice enough driving game. Not my genre, but it installed well, started well and gave an entertaining experience. Probably better suited for the younger gamers. score well for a kid like, cutsie factor.

This didn't work for me. Installed fine, but when I try to run it it freezes the computer completely, must restart. My system far exceeds the requirements, running XP SP2.

This is an interesting game. It's a very simple racing game - go around, don't crash into obstacles, a few powerups. It reminds me very much of LEGO Racers, one of my favourite games, so I like it because of that. This is a good game, and something different from what's usually offered.

I agree with Ouzelkat regarding the controls- keyboard controls are an excersise in frustration and futility for me! Otherwise looks like a cute game.

I was so happy when I saw this was on GGOTD again :)

I installed it the first time but then I changed my PC so I am so happy to be able to put it on again.

What I like most about this game is that it is very easy to modify, so you can change car appearance and similar, which could impress your friends or at least provide some fun.

Ouzeklat no need to reinstall whole game just the software wrapper key which re-instates the registeration.

I did forget to mention in my own post that I used a gamepad when I played and I was thinking maybe that's why I was having trouble controlling it. I haven't tried playing with the keyboard yet.

I think the main reason it's hard to control no matter what device you use is because pushing up means forward. I guess that's true with most racing games, but it would be easier on 2D games like this if down means you go down the screen, not brake. It's confusing when you have to push up for the car to go down or any other direction on the screen.

So get a gamepad and try that, they are pretty cheap anymore. It's always nice to have one anyway, even if you don't play a lot of games that require a gamepad or have the option to use one.

I also tried the update, figuring that if they gave us the game, it would be the most current, and that this might be for bug fixes or something like that. I'm not sure why they gave us an older version but just reinstall the game and you are back to the registered version. It seems like a fun game but I don't have a joystick or game pad and these arrow games make me feel completely uncoordinated and frustrated rather than fun and friendly!! I'm going to go over to the forum and ask for some suggestions on game accessories...

Cool game. A good game to have fun with. A little hard to control, I kept riding on the grass most of the 2 races I played, but still fun to play with and get used to.

I had no problems downloading or installing. My firewall did pop up, as it does with a lot of games, but I just allowed it since games that want to connect to the internet are usually for the purposes of checking for updates. Speaking of which, #4 (Dave), yes there is an option to check for updates, but that doesn't mean you should or need to. Just enjoy the game, it's fun the way it is.

For 9.92 MB download, this has taken quite too long and Free Download Manager shows the time remaining as 25 minutes ! Is it 9.92 MB or 9.92 GB ?!!

the firewall alert, i'm guessing, is to check for the update that was mentioned in #4. remember to *refuse all updates on GGOTD software!!* this will revert it to unregistered! otherwise thanks for the hard work GGOTD team!

I must have missed this the first time it was given away because I don’t remember it, lol

It’s a fun game to play with cartoonish graphics, though the menu controls are via the keyboard only, as is the game controls. The only thing I didn’t like was the music, but that can be turned off.

Again I’ve not got the time to write a full review today. I’ll probably resume this weekend as the next two days are full of meetings and other stuff.

7 out of 10 for the fun factor. I prefer it to Race Car: the extreme rally given away several days ago.

To #4: The GGAOTD policy states that you can't have newer versions or support on the product so, sadly, there's nothing wrong in what happened to you. :(

This is a negligibly diverting little racing game, but I can't imagine anyone shelling out $20 for it when so much better is available on the market at that price level, let alone for free.

Not my type of game! Don't care for keyboard games. Also McAfee and Windows came up while I was trying to play. McAfee will usualy come up if the program wants access, but this is the first time I've seen Windows come up too.

Disappointed. Looked a good game and probably is but when you first load it theres an option to check for updates. This version, 1.3. can be updated to version 1.5 on the publishers website. DONT DO IT! It changes the game from registered to unregistered and you cant seem to re-register it. Any ideas GOTD?
