Street Karate is a game that revives the old school 2D street fighting style.

It's a classic game where use your fists to clear the streets of bad guys. Kick ass and take names! Simple controls - Attack with just one click, but you can also strike while running and jumping, make new attack combos and even throw your rivals much further than you can trust them! Windows XP pro 32 bit , 4 Gb memory , nVidia GeForce GTX 460 - 768MB GDDR5 .
Dowloaded and installed without a problem .
I've played the game for 2-3 minutes , not impressed .
After closing the game I found ALL my open folders , text files , Firefox pages ,
even a JDownloader "window" , resized (smaller) .
VERY annoying .
I had to resize them to the size I prefer , one by one .

Thanks for your feedback JEDIGEG, I didn't notice the issue, but to be honest, I'd just had a disastrous day with my computer, having had to reinstall the operating system after getting BSOD after BSOD this morning when I booted up; so everything was vanilla. I finally got the game installed mid afternoon, but was really unimpressed with the game play.

Some of the early Beat Em Ups from 20 - 30 years ago such as Altered Beasts (1988), Final Fight (1989), Double Dragon (1987) were far better than today's offering w.r.t. game play; and, in some cases even the graphic (apart from being pixilated). Street Karate vaguely reminded me of Street Gangs (1988) and the first Streets of Rage (1991). I've got far superior Beat Em up games; some wacky, some graphically amazing and some hundreds of times better that Street Karate. Apart from it's poor quality game play I also found it virtually unplayable; so, It's already been deleted from my computer. :)

JEDIGEG, I did have that problem also in WinXP.
Some screen, that was placed in the corner near the clock, was suddenly in the centre of the screen. Also some other stuff.
But I did not to rearrange all of it. I finished the task and close the Windows VM without saving anything. Worked with a protection, so the next start was clean, same as yesterday.
In Win10 the icon will be placed somewhere else, so I installed DesktopOK. Let it taken a screen-shot and after a error,, it will bring everything back to normal.

No review today. I had to reinstall windows this morning after getting BSOD after BSOD, every time I tried to boot my computer. I'm still in the middle of reinstalling programs etc and do not have enough time to play today's game enough to give a fair comment. It's a very basic beat 'em up game with graphics reminiscent of 10 to 15 years ago. During installation there are five shortcuts installed to the desktop if you check the install shortcuts to the desktop. Four of these (Falco Space - Online Game!, FalconLine Online Games Website, FalcoGo WebGL Games! & Free Games Downloads!) are links to various Falcoware games and website and all can be deleted with no effects to the game. There's no adware included, so, when you close the game down, your browser is not opened to Falcowares website.

Hopefully someone will take some time out to post something. Thank you.

p.s. the only good that has come out of reinstalling windows is it's much faster to boot up, now that all my programs have been de-registered. I used to back up my registry entries for any programs I wanted to keep, but have not bothered for several months. Thankfully, I've purchase licenses for most of the programs I use frequently, so no real losses from giveaways etc.
