Raccoon: The Orc Invasion

Raccoon: The Orc Invasion is a unity based 2D platformer game . Navigate through each level, collecting coins and either avoiding the trolls or jumping on them to kill them. If you downloaded Turtix from this site a few years ago; this has similar game play, though the levels are more a liner left to right platform game with longer levels., rather than multi level platforms in short levels.

Introduction:

Racoon lives in a forest with his friends. He had a happy and a joyful life, until a portal appeared in the mountains. Unknow creatures appeared, that turned out to be Orcs.

Your mission is to protect the forest and your friends from invaders. Join this platformer game with a lot of levels, forest and mountains. Every level it's unique with it's sounds which correspond to the landscape.

The Game:

I'm not sure if the beginning of the first level is bugged as I fell down between the start and the first platform and was not respawned at the beginning, instead, I was able to scroll to the end of the level, which and beyond. The first level is very long. To restart I had to use the Esc key, then restart the game. However, falling in between other platforms saw you respawning as expected. You have three lives. Movement is as usual using the W and D keys to move left or right, though you can also use the left and right arrow keys, plus the space bar to jump. When you reach the cave, you should be transported to the next level.

I've just posted details of one of the best (IMO) breakout games that used to be commercial, but was recently converted to freeware by the developer. The game is called Breakquest and is a superb example of the game. It has been in my top three breakout games of all time ever since I purchased it for $19.99 back in 2005. Also free via the Epic Store until Thursday 12th Dec is Jotun a hand-drawn action-exploration game set in Norse mythology. In Jotun, you play Thora, a Viking warrior who died an inglorious death and must prove herself to the Gods to enter Valhalla. Impress the Gods!
