Sorry Folks. Still not fully recovered. I did try today's game but died in seconds the first few times I attempted the game. However, after several tries, I realised the only way to survive was to move constantly. This did require some luck as there were several enemies in the small arena, all firing at you. But it is possible. Once all the enemies are dead you move on to a new level. I think there are things you can pick up in the levels, but I was so intent on avoiding incoming magical blasts that I never managed to run over one of them. There are only a few hours left before this giveaway ends, so I decided not to play further so that I could at least post the images I'd taken and post what few details I'd uncovered.

The game starts in a window. Thanks to Jason, who gave me the heads up on pressing the S key. while in game to toggle to full screen. While I was testing all of the keys to see if I could get it to play full screen, one of them changed the colour to purple. Didn't know which one though

Controls:
Use the Space bar to re-enter the game. Movement is accomplished using the WASD or Arrow keys and the left mouse button to fire. Menu items can also be selected using the AW &S keys then enter or use the mouse wheel and LMB.

Notes on Security
I scanned a zipped copy of the installed game using Virus Total and it found zero hits from 63 antimalware engines. You can see the installed games scan HERE

Whiterabbit-uk, I am sorry to hear you are not feeling too good. About the full screen issue, When in the game, I was able to press the S key to highlight options and then press the D key to select full screen and then hit escape to play the main game as it does have full screen mode.

Hi J. Thanks for the heads up I did try all the keys, but I was in the initial screen. I didn't think to try it while in game. It seemed so manic with me dying in seconds initially.

I only just caught your comment. I'd just written a brief review of Wednesdays game as I'd been unable to sleep having slept through most of Tuesday. (I'm not sure if I listed Wednesday's game in my Steam message to you last week? I was just about to retire again to try and grab some more sleep before everyone get up in about 2 hours' time.

We now have several more from Falcoware covering all of this week and most of next week as well, plus of course the usual weekend games (neither of which we've had before). Please check your Steam messenger)

Today's game seems to be inspired by classic arcade games such as Robotron, Smash TV and Total Carnage. The game is very simple you just use the WSAD keys to move and the mouse to shoot around.

I find a game of this genre difficult to control without the proper controls. As some of these arcades used a dual joystick, one to control the character and one to control the firing action, I can't help but feel frustrated at times when playing using a mouse..

Also I found myself dying in the first level way quicker than I'd like to have. When the levels start you gotta move immediately and hunt down the enemies in the room.

Please note that today's game has the WSAD controlling the menus and also the game over screen.

It will take you quite a bit of trys just to complete the first level and so today's game is a good challenge for anyone that likes the genre.
