I had similar failure to open, along with a warning from my antivirus program that the launch produced a file containing "FileRepMalware" (even though a virus check right after download indicated "no problems").

Somethings really wrong with the entire download. Norton see's it as a virus & if I disable Norton it won't install the file as all it does is bring it immediately to its activated even though the game is not installed on my computer.

Opened the set up program on windows 11, clicked yes and then get an error message failed to open program.

Paul, this is probably due to you anti virus software running and identifying the wrapper as a virus. I have Norton running and gave me the same error message, until I turned protection off for a few minutes.
