This is great! My grandkids have been having a ball playing this game. It's so nice to have a game that both the kids and the grownups can enjot. Thumbs up!

Does this game have a save feature?? Seems silly that you have to play it from the start to the finish.

Anybody know why I would see the graphics like a bar code?

Only strips of it are visible (like a bar code) with black strips invisible in a random pattern (but it repeats when I exit and reload).

Any help would be appreciated. It would appear to run fine other than that. But there is enough missing from the screen that it makes it too difficult to play.

#18 - Chuck - Ummm, Insaniquarium is beatable. I suck at games and I beat it. Now, after you beat it there is an open ended bonus play which I think can go on, but that is only after you BEAT THE GAME.

I love playing Turtix and Ozzy platform games. They burst [broke?] my cherry and remain my faves along with Dungeon Rider.

Thanks for all of the info, opinions, and links, WhiteRabbit!

I've been looking for something like this for my 5yr old. It installed without a hitch. Used copy /paste for the registration and tested out the program. As soon as my 5yr old saw the screen, it was move over I wanna play. Thank you so much for this. I tried some of the other games but this one brought great joy.

Thank you, GGAOTD. I love Ozzy Bubbles, which I got here a few months ago (and so do my grandchildren, so I'm sure I'll like this one. But I won't have time to play it today.

And, thanks so much, Whiterabbit, for your excellent reviews. They help me decide if I want to try a game. I almost didn't get Around the World in 80 Days, but your review convinced me, and I'm so glad. That and Ozzy Bubbles are my 2 favorite games. I'm not much of a gamer, but they help me relax when I need to get away from it all.

#50 FeAudrey - I had never played a platform game until Ozzy Bubbles. They're easy to play at first. Just try it and you'll figure it out as you go, along with the help Whiterabbit mentioned in his review.

Is Ozzy Bubbles the same as this one? I have Turtle Odyssey original and Ozzy Bubbles. I'm sure I got Ozzy Bubbles here some months ago and just wondering if it is the same as this one. I'm still downloading 2 anyway. I loved the original and bubbles as well. Hope this is a third game. You go Giveaway of the day!

I beg to differ with #18 posts about unwinnable games. I have completed BuildALot, Insaniquarium, Farm Frenzy and Feeding Frenzy2. You must be able to think outside the box when getting to higher levels, regular logic doesn't always work. Just because you haven't mastered them doesn't mean they are unwinable, it simply means you have stumbled upon the correction sequence of events to complete the game.

To Chuck, #18, I have played AND won Supercow, Farm Frenzy, Insaniquarium, and Feeding Frenzy 2, and not just once through either. Farm Frenzy is on its third time round with me and Farm Frenzy 2 I have been through 5 times now. I can't comment on Build a Lot because I haven't tried it, but I would think that there would be very few games that are unwinnable. (is that a word, lol)

I am a nearly 60 year old grandma, not terribly good at games, but I keep at it if I really enjoy the game.

#30- I'm 30 and like these kinds of games. They are definitely not kid-only. Some of us don't like games that involve nothing but guns and violence (I prefer swords, thank you, much shinier).

Good game. I prefer the original to the sequel as I feel the levels in #2 are not as long and I liked having a summary of how many jewels were possible, secret areas possible, so that I could replay to find all there was.

@Chuck, #18 --

While I can't speak to the other games you mentioned, I've won gold on all levels of both Farm Frenzy and Farm Frenzy 2, and I've completed all and won gold on most levels of Build-a-Lot (still working for gold on several B-a-L 2). They ARE winnable, so the only conclusion is that you may need a little coaching on how to beat the systems.

There are some really good game forums out there, where hints and solutions abound. If you do a search and post your level challenges, you may learn the secrets to making these games really enjoyable after all.

Another repeat game? you're kidding me. Who could have possibly seen this coming? Gee....... no one. GGAOTD always posts new and original games. Sarcasm aside anyone who has visited this site often knows there will only be repeats offered. Why do you think games were shut down from a daily offering to weekend only? There is no more free games to be offered. It's still great for newcomers that weren't around the first time the game was offered. But what about us? People that have visited here almost since the start. Are we out of luck or will you ever offer anything new?

For those newbies, someone should mention that you can play this online to test it. In general, it's always a good habit to check the manufacturers site, and for games it's especially good because of the availability of online demos. Of course, for those who have plenty of space and never any qualms about downloading anything, this isn't an issue. But if you're not one of these folks, the online option is a big plus. In fact, every once in a while, you'll find a giveaway with online play at places like BigFish games, even if the developer doesn't link to it. Of course, online play doesn't always offer all the options that the full game or downloadable demo offers. In this case, the online doesn't offer the joystick option. Also, an online flash doesn't always have the same feel as the real game. Still, just to get the basics down, it's an option you might consider. I played both this and the original turtle online, and was able to decide it isn't for me. But this is because I'm coordinationally challenged and struggle with even the simplest shooter of jumper, and I'm not sure it's worth the weeks or months I would need to develop the right touch (and I can always practice with online flashes until -if ever - I'm good enough) so I won't rate this game.

Thanks to Whiterabbit and Chuck for the detailed posts; and the other reviews Whiterabbit links to are also worth checking if you don't want to go right into the online or download testing yourself.

Though it isn't for me, nice giveaway GGOTD!

#18 Chuck:- 1) How do you return a free game which you have downloaded? And why bother?
2) Supercow is NOT unwinnable. It's one of the very few computer games (free or otherwise) which I have finished, three times over! And it's great fun, too.

This is a terrific game! Nice graphics, good game play (easy to learn, controls are easy to configure/customize, and it runs perfectly on my old Pentium 4 with nVidea FX5200 AGP card), and reminds me of the original Mario Brothers Nitendo games (this has much better graphics, music, and sounds though). Another really nice game from Realore Studios (I really like their Age of Japan).
