Sorry to hear about your wife! Hope all will be well!
The game downloaded very quick and opened easily. The graphics and theme are very good.
First levels were very easy and then became harder with bells etc. Have been able to complete
all levels so far, but if get stuck, one might be stuck forever, since there is no relaxes mode or
skip option. I do get bored with these type of games easy, but they are also a good way to de-stress

Mouse/cursor not showing on my 64-bit, Windows 10, HP Pavilion laptop. This happens occasionally on games that work fine on my Windows 10 Dell desktop and Windows 7 Lenovo laptop. Uninstalling.

Jewel Quest is my all-time favorite match 3 game. I liked it better than Jewel Quest 2 because that one made it too easy. But this might be my new favorite. Although it has features that make it easier than the original Jewel Quest, it has great possibilities for strategy. My mind has to work differently to figure out which tiles to throw away and which ones to move to the blank spaces. I love it!

From what I read of the BigFish reviews, users here should be aware of 5 things. 1. There is no relaxed mode. It appears that if you can't master a level there's no skip option, you're just stuck, which is standard, but without a relax option, well, again, you're just stuck. Although many of my favorite games have this kind of challenge. 2. This is appears to be a "number of moves" game, not just timed. You have a limited number of moves to complete a board. 3. There are a fair amount of comments that luck plays a bigger part in this game than the standard match 3. 4. It appears you may not be able to control the volume or turn off the music or sound effects, except, of course, by muting your computer volume. 5. If you don't get the highest score on a level, it may be unclear why not. Some say there are no explanations.

John, a heuristic method - the HEUR you mention - is a method that identifies certain types of behavior that COULD be suspicious. Not that is proven to be a virus. On Symantec's site no explanation of what the virus is or does have been given, which is practically always an indication that none has been found. There are many comments on Norton user boards that this is a false positive. It's likely just reacting to the wrapper, which is designed to keep users from extracting the game file and being able to use it without activating it through GGOTD, which violates the implied agreement folks are making with the site. It's a problem the site had years ago before it went to the current wrapper software. If you have other concerns, upload the file to one of the 2 free multi-antivirus scan sites. virustotal or jotti.org or both and see how few hits you get. Heuristics are valuable, but they're also - BY FAR - the biggest generators of false positives, bar none. It's just the unfortunate byproduct of anti-virus companies trying to stay ahead of the bad folks. But, if you really look into it, you'll find boatloads of harmless, useful software that is flagged by one AV or another - BUT NOT the majority of them and almost always only in heuristic mode - practically always without explanation. This site has been in business more than a decade. Probably the same can be said for MyPlayCity and Bigfish games. Do you really think they would have survived that long by spreading viruses? If an AV's site can't tell you why something is flagged, then that is also suspicious. Of a false positive. Don't mean to be rude, but there's very good reasons why Whiterabbit and others reject these type of virus claims

The game opens with no cursor...which makes it difficult to change the cursor. Or to play the game. Can you make it a bit easier to change the options?

Downloaded ok on windows 10 . This is a match 3 game. I have played the first few levels and i have enjoyed the game play and the graphics and the power ups. There is a tutorial at the beginning but it would be nice to have a tutorial that you could refer back to on how to get the power ups and use them. The game is easy to learn though but harder if you want like me to achieve 3 stars at every level .
