Yes, this is another game that attempts at using a base template for a 2D retro pixel platformer with wall jumping (a gamemaker semi-quick job as we'll call it)...so thats why it will remind you right away of many of these games with 2D platforming that are very similar with some cosmetic and minor other changes. Controls are arrow keys to move, Z to jump, X to attack and work for the most part. The mentioned C did not seem to do anything.
The story is only in the description, but here apparently you are a girl with a pig's head. Why? Aliens stole peoples heads and replaced them with animals heads of course, which might be the cause of the head pain in the title (or is that from playing?). So in order to save the world, you need to find and return your head by placing it in a special tank so the scientist can set things right... killing enemies along the way is needed to get to the next level. Except that if you just kill everyone and then grab the head it also goes to the next level (bug). The enemies can drop carrots that will increase your health to help you along the way and these are persistent so you can save them where they are until you need one. Did I mention you cant attack while carrying the head? Probably should also add ability to drop the head due to that.
There are a few other issues like one level on the second world I couldnt jump to next level up from anywhere with the head to return it and only could finish that level because of the bug that lets you just get the head after you kill everyone to go forward. There is no level indicator which would be helpful and sometimes jarring when you just kill everyone it just switches to the next level, and I didnt see any part of the game that isnt a platformer like in the photos.
All in all its at least playable if you wish to try a medium difficulty platformer (no difficult jumping), but alltogether at the end is repetitive and forgettable (get head, kill enemies, repeat). I tried to finish but got a bug below on two different attempts and was unable to (if there is a end). If someone releases this to the web or free for fun certainly no issue with trying it, but a bit of a waste if attempting to sell for more than a buck or two with huge numbers of better options out there and this doesnt compare remotely to those. If you want a good platformer, try A hat in time, demon turf, hollow knight, or check out older games like alex gordon given away here before and super cow, turtle odyssey and the tons in between as examples.
