Hard Driver 2

Hard Driver 2 is another runner game with levels. It uses the same vehicle asset from yesterdays Hard Driver, but instead of flying through space, you are now on a road. Avoid obstacles by jumping over them. Collect coins which can then be spent on upgrades such as Jet pack ($1000), Pistol ($750), Protect ($500), High Jump ($350), Speed ($150). Jumping higher gives you more time to instigate your jumps and the gun can be used to shoot some of the objects such as the wheel that moves towards you.

The graphics have a retro feel about them and the music, despite being a little monotonous, fits the game well. This will be an early access release over on Steam when it is released on the 26th June HERE; so it looks like it will be getting additional content. However, we are getting the free standing version courtesy of Falcoware, so we won't get any upgrades. You can see a video of game play via the Steam store page HERE .
