ERTX2080TI Mining Clicker
The Game
ERTX2080TI Mining Clicker was made using the game engine Construct 2. After the Construct 2 into, the main menu opens with only two buttons, i.e. Play and Quit. Th emain menu shows the exact same scene that we've already seen in another game given away on the 3rd May called Cyberfight.
The basis of the game is to click an object called the ERTX 2080TI that looks vaguely like an image of a car looking from a top down view, but is supposed to represent the latest graphic cards and is a parody of how graphic card development swallows up gamers money due to their continual development and rising costs. (The latest desktop graphic cards will set you back around £1000 to £1200, and are soon superseded by new cards. The latest data center graphic card the PNY NVIDIA Tesla V100 16GB HBM2 Graphics Card actually costs over £8000).
The object you are clicking on sways slightly. You basically click on the object repeatedly to earn in-game money. The more you click the faster you will earn money. The money can then be spent on either +1 cards or +1 memory, both of which increase the speed at which you can earn money. You can see how many cards and memory you have purchased below the object you click. On the right of the object is a panel which you click on to buy either more +1 cards or +1 memory. Each time you buy a card or memory the price increases, i.e. 10 for the cards and 15 for the memory.
There are no instructions, options menu or a save feature. To turn the game off you have to close it via the X in the top right hand corner. When you restart the game (if you do) everything is reset to the beginning of the game.
You can leave the game to run without doing anything and the amount of money will continue to be added. The more cards and memory you've purchased, the faster money is added. Apart from the numbers you see increasing and the slight animation of the object, there is nothing more to see or do with this game.
That's all there is to this game.
You can see a couple of videos of game play HERE and HERE. You can also see the game over on Steam HERE
Conclusion:
Seriously, call this a game???? Unless you like mindlessly clicking on an object and seeing numbers increase, .......... Delete.

As Mark mentions in a comment below, this game is actually about Crypto mining. I'd never heard of it until Mark mentioned it. I was really surprised to learn that graphic card GPU's are being used to process all the data required to make money on Crypto currency. Seems like some people ar e making a lot of money. Wouldn't touch it myself, rather invest in something safer like rentals. :)

Why is this called a game. Game implies you can win or lose. This is just watching numbers increase. How do you lose this "game"
