For all downloads, not just this one - If you cannot seem to get a link emailed to you, you need to come out of private browsing and request a new link at a new address. This just happened to me, and despite several requests I could not get a link emailed to me. So I came out of private mode and gave a new address at the same email provider, and then suddenly it was there instantly.
