Installation:

D. H. Witch downloads to a 8.03 MB zip file that unzips to two files, (a set-up executable and a read me). The game installs to the following path by default, but can be changed if you wish. The installed game is approximately 8.62MB in size.

Five shortcuts are installed to the desktop, four of which can be safely deleted (i.e. Falco Space - Online Game!, FalconLine Online Games Website, FalcoGo WebGL Games! and Free Games Downloads!). If you don't want to install the games shortcut to the desktop during installation, just make sure the install desktop shortcut is unchecked when the 'additional task's window appears; you will still get two of the other Falcoware shortcuts installed (i.e. FalconLine Online Games Website & FalcoGo WebGL Games shortcuts). Also, if you don't like icons installed to the quick launch task bar, make sure you also uncheck the appropriate checkbox when the 'additional task's window appears (after the Select Start Menu Folder window).

D. H. Witch is a side scrolling runner game, though in this game you are flying on a broom stick. You have to avoid the various obstacles and the frequent laser ray using the W and E keys to move up or down. Along the way pick up various sweets and doughnuts. You'll see a counter at the top right of your screen, that tells you how many of these have been picked up. some items reduce the number by 1. You can destroy the smaller enemy objects using your own weapon, which is activated by the space bar. You start with three lives. Each time you hit a baddie or get hit by the laser, you lose a little of your life. When all three lives are lost, the game ends.

I'm not sure if you can recover health, but after playing this for about 20 minutes I couldn't find any health regeneration packs, so assume there aren't any. the Aim is to survive as long as possible. The distance from the start is recorded in the middle top of the game screen. There are several levels to work through, each with its own distinctive environment and monsters. A simple game, that I'll be keeping . It's an ideal game for those moments when you need a short coffee break from other work or more intense games. I'd score it a 7 out of 10, for its game play and cute retro graphics.

We were told yesterday that there wouldn't be any games until Thursday, so i didn't bother checking until this afternoon. I don't have time to write a full review, however, the above is basically what you get with this game. I'm not sure if it has levels or just a never ending level.

They have taken the decision to only sell the game via their own game platform. It is still available for sale via Steam , but it will definitely be removed by 6pm UK time this afternoon.
