I just have one question whats the song call on the first level of Basketbird?

I enjoy all the games I download from your site but now I must delete some. How do I do that?

Most of the games are free standing, which means you can't use the operating systems uninstallers. If you've installed Revo, you may be able to use that, otherwise all you need to do is delete the installed folder.

I am not downloading this game for a very simple reason, I do not use many games, mostly Solitaire and Freecell keep me happy. However, I AGREE WITH VICKY #4. If all we do is beat our developers down because they did not make the greatest, latest, "in" game - then they will no longer be willing to give their programs to us. That would be a shame for all of us, the developers included. Remember, if it doesn't meet your exacting standards, simply state why not. That is called feedback. Personal attacks are just that, attacks. If I knew I was going to be attacked, I darn sure would not post my programs here.

So lighten up. Provide honest feedback, not attacks. That way, YOU are a USEFUL part of the process and the reason items are given to you in the first place; so you can try it, then post what you like and do not like and why. Also, to post issues and difficulties you run into so the developer can finish working out bugs before sending the item out to the masses. Please be a part of a solution, not a part of the problem and for goodness sake, do not mess things up for the rest of us! Thank you for letting me post my feedback.

To everyone saying this is a ripoff of angry birds. Angry birds was a total ripoff as well.

Why did you say it was far to late in the day to post a review when it was only two minutes after the game became available? I know we on the moderated side have high expectations, but really, we wouldn't have argued about two minutes.

This is kinda like flipping pennies, but without the pennies. I like pennies.

I posted my original comment to say i needed more sleep 2 mins after the giveaway started. I posted the images and links early evening with less than 12 hours to go. Pointlkess spending a couple of hours playing and then writing a review then. The act that there has only been a couple of comments posted since i updated the post justifies the lack of a review. (IMO)

Melanie, make sure you have I.E. sett to online. check the FAQ's in the game discussion forums sticky section. I linked to it in yesterdays review.

As always with Wheemplay games, take it with a grain of salt. This a small device game - think phone - not a full fledged pc game. Hence the price, for those who don't seem to get that clue. In other words, it's a game with little pretensions and should be judged accordingly. Wheemplay - basically a publisher and not a developer - has been attracting a lot of pretty similar games since it's inception with a handful of more detailed - and probably more interesting - games. Whether this game is from the quality or quantity wing, u decide. However, a level editor, which this doesn't seem to have if i remember right from last time, might significantly up the votes given all these short games.

Hey GOTD. Ever considered user reputation points? Maybe that should weigh into the +/-.

I'd also love to see a educational version the the giveaway. www.educational-freeware.com is a good start reference.

First of Rabbit thanks for bringing my attention to the forum post about soundfrost, I totally forgot to remove the browser addon for chrome and it made me check my IE addons to discover there was one soundfrost.dll too (which could not be removed trough the extension screen but I could manually delete it luckely, it seems to be gone now... ppl that experiance weird browser behaviour since they got soundfrost from last giveaway might wanna check http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/forums/topic/65884 and post their experiance, this way GOTD and GGOTD team can have a good overview how many people have had problems and they might wanna ban this developer next time :)

About the game... fun little game for a few lost moments but don't expect to much... as always with these kind of games. Angry Bird lovers should like this game too :D

Long since I used XP but I didn't know you could run programs in admin mode? thought that was introduced with Vista? (in response to moderator comment @2)

I got this last time it was offered. My grandson (age 8) has it on his computer and loves it. He calls it fakey angry birds. It is something that holds his attention for a half hour or so. It is harder in some aspects than the angry birds that I put on my tablet for him. Yes as WOT said even tho the premise is simple, it is harder than it looks to keep getting the angles and strength right as you move thru the levels. I would definitely say this one is a keeper!
Oh and as to OS ... it is on his Win XP and my Win 7 64.

For those who are wondering, it looks like it's the same version as given away last time (v1.0.3 ur).

I wouldn't have downloaded it based on the overview alone, but the reviews were so bad without any explanation, that I had to what could be so awful.
At first I was surprised that it installed easily. That couldn't have been the problem.
Next, I launched it. Works fine. That's not it.
Difficult to use? Nope. First impression... great for little kids. Maybe that's the problem. They're too grown-up for games.
So, I thought I'd play it for a few to see if my 5 year old would like it. I don't know if she will, but I ended up saying to myself, "Just one more level."
It's not Angry Birds. It's similar by means of launching birds at a target. For $2 it's a great "love-to-hate" or even "hate-to-love".

The only downfall I found was that it was easy to find for free on other pages (where it had much better ratings). Not that that's bad. But a little... misleading.

Got this last time offered! It is interesting game,
for short periods of time! Game got poor rating last time
offered! Hold left mouse for desired power of shot and arrow
for projected angle of shot! Is it a simple game?

I was quite fond of Wheemplay games but the recent ones I have downloaded they just refuse to work on my XP system :(

I have no idea what Wheemplay changed in their way to compile their games, but I would be very grateful if Whiterabbit could kindly convey this message to the developer.

Should their games now have different system requirements I would be happy to hear about that.

Hi, have you tried playing the game with admin rights? Also all Wheemplay games can be found online. If you type the name of the game you'll find a wqhole host of sites that sponsor the game. Kongregate is a safe bet for most, though I couldn't find today's on Kongregate
