I was surprised to not see any comments here.
Downloaded and installed fine on Windows 10 ( I have to stop my antivirus while installing but that is with anything from here. )
I really like this game. It is fun for anyone who likes puzzles.
I like that they vary the puzzles, so you're not doing the same ones 2x in a row.
All the puzzles play fine for me.
Stephen - Did you mean that you couldn't get the pieces on the disassemble puzzles to move at all? or couldn't match them when you moved them? I was a little unclear on how to match. I first tried to just drop one on top of the other but that didn't work. I found that once I had them moved I had to match them, just like the match 2 ones by clicking on each separately and then they would be removed.
I will definitely be going back and playing this one all the way through!

This is the 2nd of the "Hiddenverse" series by Shaman Games. They are all similar to the Clutter Series by Puzzles by Joe except that most are following the same story and the images are not just photos of objects as are the Clutter games. There are 9 in that series. There is a third, similar series called "Shopping Clutter". I think there are 5 in that series.
There are 12 games in this series now. Most are available for free from Gametop.com and all work on Windows 10 with no issues at all.
As they have a "relaxed" (no-timer) mode, they are very relaxing and the story line is very interesting. It's not like you're having to hunt for odd objects that are intentionally hidden where they would not normally be found. You're just trying to find things in a pile.
I find them all very enjoyable and relaxing. The only complaint is that they never do really explain what those blue gems are for. It's just by watching you notice that every 10 gems gets you another hint.

Downloaded, installed, crashed. Uninstalled. Downloaded, installed, crashed.
I get a window saying: Oops! The game crashed. The crash report folder named "2020-02-09_141556" next to game executable. It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!
Has anyone else had better luck under Win 7?

This game works fine for me under 3 versions of windows - 7, 8.1 and 10. I play full screen and my versions are either from GameTop or free game codes from BigFishGames.

Diane,
Thanks for the reply. I also tried the download through BigFishGames, and again it blew up while launching. I guess I'm not meant to have this one.

Couldn't get the un-piling on 1 level to work with the mouse. Very frustrating to not have a "skip" feature to move on with game.
I also find this style of game tedious with continual finding pairs or threes etc.

This is part of or a clone of the clutter genre of games. These games weave around a story, there are some interesting versions of paring, black and white pairing with the colored version, but all the same, you pair objects to clear the board while collecting gems. In some games you collect puzzle pieces, alphabet blocks or items with letters on them to form a sentence, a word or paragraph. I've had my fill of these actually. At one time I had over 10 such games. Once you play one though, you find yourself repeating the game over and over under different titles with different story plots. It gets tedious after the first few games. If you're looking to play something because you're bored, this would be it.

If I'm not mistaken, this was previously given away on Jan 25, 2018.

Mark,
Hi Mark, we received Onion Force on that particular date. I've looked through the entire catalogue from Dec 2006 to the present and cannot find an entry for this game; however, I'm sure we have been given it previously. Possibly via the applications side of the project as we have been given games via that route before.
Ah! .... Michael figured it out. It was Catch the witch. Basically the same game mechanic, the same puzzles, just a different story and graphic.

Downloaded and installed on windows 10 without any problems.
I have really enjoyed playing this game today. There are 3 modes of play. I played the relaxed mode where there were no time limits. The story is good and the puzzles are varied like matching 2 or 3 items or various types of jigsaw puzzles as you progress through the story. This is definitely a keeper for me.

After some Googling, I found how to clear the stacked objects that won't drag. If you are in Very Casual (untimed) mode, the dragging does not work. Go back to the Main Menu and change the difficulty to Casual or Hard; then you can drag the objects apart to pair them. You have to move fast, but it can be done. Moving on!

Lara, dragging does work in untimed mode. That's what I use for all games if I can!

This looks like a good game - nice clear graphics, and a storyline with some interest. But then I read on, and if even Rabbitsense can't get you past the first few levels . . . then sadly, there's not much hope for me. Oh well! I'll look back later and see if anyone has come up with an answer.

I figured out the 'disassemble a heap of objects' screens. At the start you simply grab the top item and drag it somewhere on the screen. Repeat until you uncover the match to an earlier object. This time, instead of click&drag, just click on the first item. When you do it 'right' -- I think the trick is to not move the item at all -- you'll hear a sort of ratchety noise and the item will jiggle in place to indicate it has been selected. Then simply click on the matching item. Sometimes that would 'turn off' the first item, but mostly both of them would then vanish. If the first one turns off, just click (on either of the pair) until you manage to get the ratchet/jiggle again, then click on the mate.
Kind of a strange game. Instead of solving puzzles to advance in the game (like assembling objects or finding keys) you just complete the matching screens for the game to relate the next step in the story.
Amazing variety of matching types. Sometime pairs, sometimes trios, sometimes both, sometimes you match a black&white version of an object with a colored version, sometime there are two large and two small versions of the same object and you need to click on one of each to create a pair.

Hi. I got to an early level where all the objects are piled on top of each other. The directions say I can click a drag to sort out the objects before pairing them, but the drag feature doesn't work on my computer. The objects just hop up and down. Any ideas? Windows 10 Home Premium; 32 GB Ram, i7 processor. The game has been working fine up until this point. Stuck and can't move on.

This game looks to be from the same developers as Catch The Witch which was based on an HOG, Witch's Prank Frog's Fortune by the same developer. https://game.giveawayoftheday.com/catch-the-witch/ They also have a HIddenverse series of similar clutter games.

Totally stupid game. Another static Toomkey game. Played it for about 10 minutes and got to aggravated to continue. One puzzle had a pile of items in the middle of the screen. You drag them to another part of the screen and pair them up. Problem is, there were so many pairs, that you ran out of space. Even when you pair them up to the best of you can, nothing happens. You use up all of your hints, just trying to figure out how to finish the puzzle. I started cursing at the game and uninstalled. Total wast of time.

I don't like those Toomky Hidden Object games very much. Those searches as in pic no. 12 are not for me.
Despite of this I am sure it's as cool as any other of the Toomky HOG.

From the game: "I wonder if that's (Peter) his real name."
Well, considering that he looks like Guy Fawkes...
