I was happy to see this one offered again! I really enjoyed it on my last computer and am happy to have it back. It's a lot of fun!

One of my new favorite games! FYI, if anyone is having difficulty starting it up on Vista (my screen hung for awhile), run it with vista compatability settings. I'm running it on Vista laptop w/1 GB RAM

I like Breakout/Warlords type games

I like Bust-a-Move type games

I figure it has to be wroth a shot for free.

Nice little breakout with a twist that keeps you going back for
just one more level. What's kinda fun at higher levels, rsndom
firing bslls csn be as neat as using 'strategy'. Fun.

Hey Hempman comment #20, that's a bit of an exaggeration to say the least. I quote "I guess GAOTD and GGAOTD are floundering. I have not seen any new software here since May"

Since May 31st we have had 70 new games that haven't been repeated. The Game giveaway project was closed for 38 days over the summer and since then we have had 24 repeats. That's 24 out of the last 31 days. or to put it in a more useful perspective thats 24 repeats out of 94 giveaways.... hardly a rtepeat every day since May 07.

The give away team did say they would be repeating games. Most of which were offered way back in January to March of this year. The past week alone has seen the Game Giveaway team put up 5 new games one of which is a best seller from Alawar (Magic Ball 3). Okay two of those games were appalling to most of us, but hey, so what, most of the games offered here are good. Where did you pull out your quoted figure from anyway?

As for the give away project. I've just about got everything I need with respect to applications, so I don't bother with that side of the project much. Apart from screensavers and the odd quirky program thats on offer.

Sometimes when games are trying to be original, that new concept simply doesn't work. This is one of those times. Sorry, but this game just isn't any good.

Thanks White Rabbit for convincing me to download it - took over an hour because my high speed connection was down & I had to use a very slow dialup - without your comments I would have passed.

It is "three" games in one. Unfortunately, all of them have much stronger competitors: Dynomite and Chroma Ways easily beat the two upper modes, while lots and lots of Arkanoid clones do a better job at the lower one. They're mediocre though, and could be worth trying if you haven't played the ones I mention.

Highly annoying sound, which makes this a clear thumbs down.

Looks like a great game. Hope it doesn't take too long to download with dialup. My granddaughter had a fun time with all your games this past summer. Now, it is my turn.

Hate to be a "winger" but this game does not support the Wacom pad.

I really enjoyed playing this game. Loved the cute sound effects. It did lag a bit when I would clear a lot of lines. Over all a great game to have on hand.

Not bad for a game - but it screws up my terminal settings when its done. It takes some clever tab work to get it back, since the apparent mouse position doesn't match the screen mouse position.

Doesn't work ! NVidia Open GL Driver keeps popping up saying drivers mix-match then it shuts down.

My laptop has a CPU off 1,8 GHZ end when i want to play the game my laptop crash every time .

Nice little game, installed well, only thing that bugs me is that new little splash screen asking us to include GGAOTD in our bookmarks, since the game is starting to start as the same time and that also GGAOTD is trying to access internet, it slows the machine, and one had to open up Task Manager to get rid of the 2 GGAOTD and finally try the game itself......

OK this is a keeper, had lost my previous arkanoid and other game of this style after a bad breakdown, so I'm happy to have this one, the character are king of funny, and the game start at a low pace, so far I've just tried one of the version included, but it looks interesting.

So this being a free full funtioning game, that works well, and is interesting, I give it a 85% overall.

Cute game. Definitely a keeper.

B uggy. Some bugs already mentioned but I have verified that they exist in this version - sometimes fails to recognize chains, frequently bogs down (definitely a program problem as I have a very fast machine that is used for 3D online gameplay and high end video editing with no problems), nag screen to pay for it pops up after a number of levels even though it appears to be properly registered, continual phone home activity (something one can keep an eye on in a multiple monitor environment) and blocking it stops the program from running, Top score fails to properly update. On top of that, it fails to operate well in a multiple monitor environment, sometimes crashing and frequently dropping to the task bar. Too many problems for me, an amateur effort at best; uninstalled.

I guess GAOTD and GGAOTD are floundering. I have not seen any new software here since May.

Glad to see that it offers Chinese Language Edition

Nice game, but it has some very annoying bugs. Sometimes it does not recognize the ball chains I make. When there are many explosions at the same time, the game has big performance problems and is stocking heavily.

This game loaded in LESS than 1 minute for me. I think this is a great game, and was a lot of fun. I'd give it a 9 out of 10. Thanks so much for the game, it's very much appreciated.

Ditto from "WhiteRabbit". Phantasia 1 has also been offered as well. It uses mouse and allows the "save" of level progress. Simple play at start as practice for the later stages which are faster & more difficult. A "keeper". "Thumbs-up"

Before the whingers start - Yes we have had it before but #1 & #2 show that it's appreciated by those who missed it before. I am always pleased when a prog I missed is repeated.

Although most of the commenters’ seemed happy with this amusing cross between a match three coloured balls and an arkanoid clone. It received 93% of over 180 votes which would indicate that this is a definite ‘must at least try’ game. I certainly liked it although not to the extent that I was willing to buy it once I’d lost it to a replacement HDD and re-formatting jobs because I’ve got far better of both genres of game. Still it is a worthy game to have in your games library, with excellent graphics and a choice of three game modes, Classic, Bubble and Arcamania styles; which IMO always makes for a worthy game 90% of the time. There are 12 in game bonuses to help you beat each level, which always adds to the game play.

I will certainly be re-downloading it today.

I was very pleased the first time around and am grateful for the repeat. Thank you very much 300AD and the Game Giveaway team. Installation was a breeze, and as an added bonus the game works via our latest OS Vista. :)
