The story begins when Kostya, a young man who decided to start his own business, buys a garage from an unfamiliar man named Dmitry. The garage is needed for a startup office where Kostya, Gena, Stas, and Vitya "Bazuka" work. However, it soon turns out that the garage belongs to another person—Sukhary, who claims that his expensive car "G-Wagon" was parked in the garage.

After threats and extortion, the friends are forced to search for either the missing car or the swindler Dmitry to get back their money and the garage. Using information from local residents and internet investigation, they discover that Dmitry is hiding in the abandoned village of Olkhovka, where, they say, strange and frightening things happen.
