The Game:
There are eight missions Angry Karl A & B, Escort Mission A & B, Field Battle A & B, Speed Battle and Escape Mission plus an operations tutorial.
When you start each round you are given an information panel for example the first mission Angry Karl A gives you the following information.

''Destroy all the Enemies.
Beware of bombardment by Mörser Karl! He is now asleep, but once he wakes up, he opens fire with a incredible loading speed.
You can easily adjust the difficulty by adjusting the ''Player's Attack Multiplier'' and ''Player Defense Multiplier''. These can be adjusted from 0.1 to 20 in steps of 0.1. Also, you can change the tanks in the scene via drop down lists.''

Some of the tanks you can select from the drop down menu in say the Enemy South (from the first mission), include T-34-76, KV-11, Panzer-IV, Firefly etc.

When you remove the information and see the mission map before entering the mission you can change the difficulty by adjusting the the ''Player's Attack Multiplier'' and ''Player Defense Multiplier'' sliders that are located in the bottom left of the screen. You can also select to use different input methods. There are three to choose from Mouse + Keyboard (Stepwise), Mouse+ Keyboard (Pressing) and Gamepad.

The graphic is fairly basic, but looks decent enough. It's nothing like World of Tanks Blitz (2016), Tank Force (2017) , M3 Tank Brigade (2018) or earlier single player games like Military Life: Tank Simulator and Tank Warfare: Tunisia 1943, as well as games like Tank: M1A1 Abrams Battle Simulation (1989), the first tank sim I ever purchased that didn't have a true 3D environment; but, I still consider it far superior to todays game. That said, if you are looking for a basic tank simulator, this is okay, especially as it is free today. . The tank models are okay, but the environments are not very detailed; that said, for the purposes of the game are acceptable. Missions are quite hard to beat depending on the two multipliers you use. In one mission you spot for a companion tank using a military tracked vehicle. Once you've spotted the tank, the tank following you will track and attempt to destroy the tank you spotted.

Overall something different from the usual games we've been getting from Falcoware recently. My advice, download and have a crack at it.

Controls:
WASD = Tank movement
LMB = Fire gun
RMD = look through tank sight
MMB + mouse movement = Turret rotation + barrel elevation

Notes on Security
I scanned a zipped copy of the installed game and it found zero hits from 58 antimalware engines. The downloaded executable may include some low level adware that only opens your browser to Falcoware's home page after the game has installed and places four shortcuts onto your desktop (which can be safely deleted once the game has installed). The installation does not inject any malware into your system. When your browser is opened to Falcoware's home page when the game has been installed, it earns Falcoware games some money, part of which is given to the developer of the game for allowing the game to be given away free.
