Introduction:

Werewolf Life is a hardcore 2D platformer with elements of survival in which you have to pass the levels playing for a werewolf. In this game your main task is collecting items and overcoming various obstacles. At each level there are four hearts which you need to collect. After you collect all hearts and overcome all the traps, the way to the next level opens. But don'tt think that it would be so easy, because you have only one life and when they come in contact with at least 1 trap you perish, accordingly, the level will restart.

Sorry no full review today. I'm very busy with my normal life at the moment, but did get chance to check the game out briefly.

We've been given two other titles from this developer recently, i.e. Galactic Battles (Nov 8th) and Toxic Plumbing (Oct 29th), both of which were okay games. Unfortunately (IMO) Werewolf Life is another one of those cheap £0.79 game that you find a myriad of over on Steam. You'll find today's giveaway HERE, there are 71 reviews. Only a few are English; and most of those are negative. You can see them HERE. I've played games very similar to this and they have not only been atrocious, but have 'borrowed' assets from other games, and are very short. The only positive review I could see said the total game play content took 0.3 hours to complete, (that's around 20 minutes of game play); however, that probably assumes you are fairly proficient at navigating platformers, which i am not.

The game was created using the free Construct 2 engine, which explains some of the shared assets that you may recognize from other construct 2 games that we have been given over the last year. You can buy in assets from various packs for the free engine, that you'll see in a lot of these cheap games. There are only 12 levels included with this game. The aim is to collect all of the hearts avoiding the various traps such as the pendulum and spikes. There doesn't appear to be any enemy combatants to avoid, just the various traps and being able to time the jumps onto various moving platforms. Once you've collected all the hearts on a level you can access the next level. That's about as far a sI got. From the reviews I've read, both the English written ones and some of the others that I google translated, there's not much else to find in this game.
