Great first-person shooter with excellent graphics and fun gameplay. In the city where you live as a retired soldier, one night scary creatures rushed in, followed closely by soldiers. Their task is to eliminate all monsters that escaped from their laboratories, as well as all the people who saw too much! Your mission is to get out of town and move far away from here. However, everything is never as easy as it looks...

Thanks for another free game, but watching the demonstration video on Steam intends me to pass this one.

If you want a very good singleplayer FPS get the HALFLIFE REMAKE (freeware) from e.g. chip.de.

For online gaming I recommend PLANETSIDE 2, WARFACE and if you want to play the most impressive and most realistic FPS get yourself SURVARIUM from the makers of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

The main issue I have with most of the above games is that although the base game is free, most also have a pay to win ethos via the paid for DLC that is available, for example, it will cost you over £170 to get all of the DLC available for Warframe. Planetside 2 is now 5 years old (on Steam) and all of what used to be available as DLC seems to have been removed. I still have a couple of DLC packs that I've not activated, but as with most of these games, the servers are not as full as they used to be. The last time I played one of these free to play games I spent over an hour being wiped out virtually every minute yet never got one kill, simply because most of those playing at the time had the paid for weapons and armor. I remember creeping up behind a player and emptied a full mag from my free pistol. He turned around with his super duper paid for rifle and killed me with one shot.

It worked, but ESET clear the install because it's "multiple infected"... :O
And I don't understand why calling it giveaway if it's a free game...?

Download link is not the same as Steam key. And while I can understand the reasons behind developers not wanting to give away keys - your promo is very misleading. If you advertise it as "you get the key" and give link to Steam home page - people would expect Steam keys, not some random download link. As is - I didn't even click on the link in email, I'm not taking chances.
All in all - quite disappointing.

Well I've even tried to download the "manager" and it will not open.
I don't know what else to do so I'm giving up.
Maybe another time I can be successful
