Vacuum:
In Brief:
A simple puzzle game with 20 levels.

I'm extending my weekend sabbatical for most of this week. I will continue to moderate, but I need some time to catch up on various projects that have been neglected for quite some time. I'm sure Jason and our relatively new reviewer DataDragon may add some feedback during the day. (Hopefully)

In the meantime, have a great week and HERE's a short video of game play to whet your appetite. :)

We've had a similar puzzle game called Switch Player back in November that also had with simplified graphics and is also similar graphically to Mr Cube and Cube Wars Sandbox all by the same developer..
Notes on Security
I scanned a zipped copy of the installed game using Virus Total and it found zero hits from 62 antimalware engines. You can see the scan HERE.

Not flashy but a fun, little game. Starts out simple and gets harder as you move up levels. As Jeff stated, you can use the arrow keys as well as the WASD keys to move. I've always found working with either set of keys awkward as opposed to mouse or joystick but it is what it is. I still had fun playing and found the more I did, the more comfortable and accurate I got using the chosen arrow keys. FYI, the game works without issue in Win10HomeX64. Thank you to all who facilitated this giveaway.

In Vacuum, you have to navigate the grey colored ball around the platform using the WASD or arrow keys in order to collect only gray colored cubes while avoiding any other multi-colored cubes. When you get close to the cubes it sucks them up into the ball like a vacuum or could be changed for energy feeding, and sucking up one single multi colored cube turns your grey ball a different color and ends the game. The game contains 20 levels, which gradually become more difficult. Overall Vacuum is ideal for a coffee/tea break situation where you need to take a short break from more important matters. The music track is a bit catchy but gets repetitive since there is only one so far. My main negative would be the number of levels included with the game. It's more of a demo than a full version game so far (Its V1.0) as it does not show the level number you are on for example and I see no level map to skip to a certain level. The smooth ball movement gets slightly 'off' around the edges. Controller support would be helpful for more precision control. Hopefully the developer will start to further develop the game ideas he has put out that have shown promise rather than continue to put out new demo like games and then not support them. Pretty fun. Probably easier for right handed people. You can use the arrow keys even though it says WASD.
