I never had problems with the website. I had to cancel the service contacting the suport, yes. But I didn't had problems with it and had it cancelled in the same day.
Anyway, I used a virtual credit card.
Mm.. It is the 3 time I won games in this Ubercrate.
The only con. is that is difficult to trade somegames.
With virtual credit card you cancel when you want and set the max value (1 cent) of it and times it can be charged (0 maybe 1), expirate date (Next month).
If you want renew it change to the value of the pack.
I added the games I want to my account without problems.

I can't. This info you must check in a bank or the credit card company you use. Add that I am not in USA, so all I say have no value to there.
But maybe.. mmmm... It is called e-card in some places.
But you probably need have the normal one and with it the website probably allow you to create a virtual one.
Yes, it is exclusive for virtual use in the internet since it are not material one that you can hold. but the bill going to the same credit card. Not all banks offer it here.
To be true have one credit card company here offer it, not in the bank website but in a mobile phone app. So you need have the credit card and install the app to create the e-card/virtual credit card.
As I said you have to check if the bank or credit card company offer it, and it may have different features from each different company.
You could say that Amazon Pay and PayPal are virtual cards, but without the features I have in the e-card I use. I never tried Amazon Pay to be true.

Lol. I cancelled my account two time. But true that once I lost the access to my account after cancel it, for few days.
I already had added the games I want to my account so I saw no problem. But now it is fine and I trying the magic of trade the games there. Because no one want somegames and of course I added the good ones to my account.
But if it happen to someone. Well. I can't say nothing about it. Luck never happened with me. I still want to trade the old games I have there lol. As XCOM Bureal and Citizen of The Eart. Since everybody got it no one want trade.

After actually going through with this and then researching online, it seems that the following should be considered before you do this;
1. You cannot manually unsubscribe from the payments, which, WILL continue unless you contact a specific support email to cancel your subscription.
2. Many reviews of this website claim that even after you contact support to cancel your subscription, they continue charging it. One person claimed to have had to cancel their credit card to avoid future payments, and that their support service refused to comply with their numerous requests to cancel.
3. You will not get games until the 16th of May, and apparently if you cancel before then you will not obtain any free games despite having been through the registration/voucher code process.
TLDR : I would touch it only if you are confident that your credit card company will support you. I stupidly used a debit card so I'm going to have some fun trying to cancel. I personally would not like to risk it and I am stopping my subscription immediately.

Helen, I don't see why it would be more difficult for you to cancel payments with debit card. They work the same as credit cards in the terms of support. You can call the toll free number on the back of the card or call your financial institution and tell them there is a problem with this company and that you want to block them from any further transactions. On top of that, you can file a claim for reimbursement of payments also made for reason of fraud or refusal to honor your cancel request. Unless your financial institution is run by total jerks you should not only be able to block any future charges but get any money you already paid returned to your account. I hope this was helpful. No thanks. The only way to get these games is to add your credit card info on their website and subscribe and u can't just cancel simply like u do with HumbleBundle. U had to ask for cancelation and then it may takes 2 weeks to cancel and guess what, they will charge u for the next month subscription and then cancel it and u won't get anything.

On this site, above, are numerous complaints about Ubercrate. Nothing is free here. There are complaints that hundreds of dollars are debited from your credit card account even before the trial period is up. When people protest, they are told no refunds are given. The 'free games' are the cheapest possible games the company can obtain, and the popular games never appear until a complaint is lodged, and then a few 'appear like magic' into their available games area.
You might think that it's impossible that a company could get away with this. Well, here in Australia, I experienced similiar skullduggery from an online movie rental company. I had to go to the bank to get money refunded. The company folded about 6 months later.

Alexa, this is not what the users say of their experience with the Ubercrate site. The following quotes are from reviews posted on the review site I listed in my first comment.
Here are just two but there are many more:
'...I fully subscribe to what dgc1980 says, i live the same ubershitty experience:
"1.you do not get any AAA games in your bundle
2.you cannot remove your credit card details
3.you cannot cancel your subscription without emailing them, they never reply"
Plus i've got banned because i've told them that i am completelly dissatisfied of their crate and they use false advertisement on their front page to attract more subscription users (in their previous / past crates from the front page, they have at least 3 AAA games out of 10 in each of the crates, but in fact you receive no AAA games at all, although you pay 29 euros, it's really shameful). I've told them that i want a refund for such a false way of making you subscribe, but instead i've got banned and they've never replied to my 3 unsubscribing requests I sent to them.
My advice to you is to keep away as far as you can from this type of subscriptions.'
