Suggestions:
If you like or don't like today's game please give some feedback detailing why you like or don't like the game; for example, how it could be improved from your point of view. If you don't like this genre at all, please explain why, especially if you give it a thumbs down. There are still thousands of subscribers to the game giveaway of the day every weekend which makes this an ideal forum for giving developers ideas as to what their consumers (i.e. you) would like to see in a game. For example, you could suggest extra content such as mini games, or a level editor that you would like to see or improved graphics, changing the menu system, adding camera controls or some other aspect of the game that would make it more appealing to you. Giving such feedback instead of saying nothing or just saying this game is rubbish may bring more developers to the site, which could mean more and better games. Would you give away thousands of copies of a game away to a community that complains all the time instead of giving useful feedback? It only takes a few moments of your time. This site could be transformed if only the community would be more forthcoming in their opinions of the games they are getting for free.
If you miss today's game giveaway you can still get it via Steam HERE for £8.99/$11.99.

You have to activate Tank Brawl via your Steam client, once activated it will be permanantly tied to your Steam profile and you'll be able to install at any time anywhere on any computer so .ong as you can validate who you are (usually via emails etc). if you don't have a Steam account you will first have to download and install the Steam client via the following link:

Conclusion:
I've not played the game much yet. didn't know it was going to be a giveaway. From the videos I've watched and abrief boot up of the game (I purchased it when it was released on Steam back in April 16.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Phung Dinh Thang & Phung Dinh Dzung for offering 50 licenses for this game, very much appreciated; and also to the game giveaway team, as always, for providing a safe environment to download free games.
Useful Information:
The problems section that used to be posted here in the Game review is now included in the Game Discussion FAQ's thread; which you can find HERE.
I've updated the games section that used to be posted with the review. The thread is now called 'Weekly round up of game deals', formerly the games section of the weekly reviews. You can find the new thread (which I've posted in the sticky section of the game discussion forums to make it easier to find if you are perusing the game discussion forums) HERE.
The latest free game over on Origin is still Nox. Nox is an action role-playing game developed by Westwood Studios and published by Electronic Arts in 2000 for Microsoft Windows. It details the story of Jack, a young man from Earth who is pulled into a high fantasy parallel universe and has to defeat the evil sorceress Hecubah and her army of Necromancers to return home. Depending on the player's choice of character class at the beginning of the game (warrior, conjurer, or wizard), the game follows three largely different linear story lines, each leading to its unique ending. If you've ever played the early RPG's such as Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale or the early Fallout series and liked them, you'll probably like this game as well. It's 16 year sold now, but still looks pretty good for it's age. This type of game has held it's appeal and looks far more than the early first person games. I highly recommend it..
You can get it HERE. Please note that you do require the Origin game platform to be able to download and install the game.
If you are having problems installing the game check the thread I've linked to above. If you can't find any fixes check the comments made by the community below and over the last few weeks for suggestions. Thank you.
If today's game wasn't to your liking, you may find other games either free or for less than the price of a cup of coffee (from your favorite coffee house) via the 'Weekly Roundup of Game Deals' thread which I've posted a link to above, or HERE. Falamid has another non Steam game called Wedding Salon free at the moment. The deal ends on Monday 5th Sept at 9am (GMT). You'll find the deal HERE.

if one were actually able to talk to steam support without having to enter craploads of facts about a specific game I'd consider it. No sense in doing business with a company you cannot contact.
It looks like a great game. I'd just pay the 4 bucks if it wasn't a steam product.\
Thanks for the regular games of late. Really appreciate it.
Steam are actually pretty good considering they have over 125 million active users, with anywhere between 11 and 12 million community members playing games via the Steam client at any one time. Granted, it can take a few days for a Steam representative to answer your queries, or calls for help, at least if you go through the normal channels. They have been pretty good to me over the years, for example, I purchased a particularly expensive game for a friend (cost me nearly £60) so that we could play co-cooperatively together; we used to play games together virtually ever evening and were looking forwards to exploring this open world space shooter, building game, but he became ill before we could start it and sadly passed away (chemo damaged his heart and he had a massive heart attack). It was almost a year later that Valve returned the game to my account so that it could be given away to someone else. They didn't have to do that becasue the game had been played although only briefly by my friend. I've contacted then perhaps a hundred times since I joined Steam Jan 2009 and have always had positive help from them. Most questions that community members have can actually be solved by visiting the Steam forums. I've had loads of problems running games for various reasons and 99% of the time I've found solutions via the Steam forums..
If you don't enter there a 100% chance you won't win (obviously). There's little to do with respect to jumping through hoops, so, if it's a game that appeals to you , it's probably still worth entering as there is still a chance (be it a slim one) , that you could win a license. At the moment the chances of winning with all of the potential entries you can make (now 11 entries, but if you started yesterday it 's 13 entries and by the end the maximum entries will be 17) are about 10 to 1; i.e. a 10% chance, but it's still a chance. Those odds will obviously get higher the more people enter. The game is quite cheap at only £2.79/$3.99. I purchased it back in April as I like such games. Of all the tank games i've ever played of this type, this one has one the best graphic presentations and is the only one I've known with a level editor, so the potential for extending the life of the game with respect to game play is significantly increased, especially as the community on Steam generally like this game and there is an easily accessed workshop section where you can post your own level designs, or subscribe to the levels others have created simply by clicking on the subscribe button. Once subscribed, the extra levels are automatically added to your game for free (another positive with respect to using the Steam client).
I also appreciate that not everyone can afford to buy such games, so it's worth entering, even with such a low chance of winning. someone has to win one of these free keys, it may be you if you enter. :)
