The goal of this game is to clear the board from the blocks by removing pairs (or more) blocks of the same color. You can click on a group of blocks, provided that there are at least two such blocks come into contact with each other. The law of gravity in the game, causes that the blocks located on the deleted ones fall down taking their place. There are three levels of difficulty for this game (for children with 3 different colors, Mediuml with 5 colors, Normal with 7 colors). It is very difficult to finish the game on 7 color level - in our company record is 11 blocks left. Just do it - increase your IQ!

i downloaded the super clicks yesterday and it played fine. opened today and wants a key or something to play. what happened?? i thought this was a complete game, not a one day only. please help.

The game was not the usual install with automatic activation. If you didn't read the readme that came with the download then check it now. you'll find a registration code. click on the setup button to the bottom left of the mani menu then imnput the code and the giveaway name in the fields provided. then you'll have a registered game. If you've deleted the files from yesterday just hope you've not cleared out your recycle bin.

I just don't get it. I turned off all background programs, all firewall and virus protection but can't seem to access the server for activation.
I keep getting "failed to connect. Please try again later." I tried google found many people with the same problem but no answer. I really wanted to try out this game "Super Clicks" but doesn't look like it is going to happen. I also got the same problem on the XUS Desktop program, which I just tried as an example. I also was demoing a Clear modem and got the same error with that as well as my Comcast modem. Anyone ever figure this one out? It happens once in a blue moon for me but I see people having the same error and problem with activation all the time?

Unfortunately the time has now passed. Did you read the comments I've made to various community members above. you may find the answer there. There is no actual online activation for this game because there was a registration code provided.

I believe that this game's concept is not new. Something like this is installed by default on Ubuntu. Sound effects are... loud; instantly muted. There's a few quirks with the English, but that can be easily fixed using the skin editor. The balls bouncing around after you click on them is a bit distracting.

I didn't like how you had to wait 10 seconds before starting the game in trial mode. It was totally unnecessary. A counter for 10 runs and then the wait would be better. And there should be a way to enter registration info from the wait box.

New: modding potential. Measured from 1-10. This one I estimate is at about 3. Programmed in Delphi.

@53: Try running as Admin, if you haven't already. The game is bent on storing profile data in the Local AppData folder for some reason.

Yeah, that's my stream of thoughts right now.

This game looks like a fun diversion. I like that it's accessible to both kids and families.

I'm echoing the earlier comment that maybe more care should be taken with writing in English if the product is intended for sale in the United States.

The flying balls behind the game board are fun, but quite a distraction from gameplay. I'm not sure if there is a way to turn this feature off? If not, perhaps there could be.

I don't understand the need for year of birth and country when creating a user profile. These seem intrusive questions not related to playing a computer puzzle game.

A help or tutorial screen talking about how to play might be useful for those who've never played a game like this before.

The "shut up! :-)" tooltip when hovering over the program close button could be misinterpreted or offensive, especially considering the programming team's English knowledge.

Mostly minor quibbles - nothing major; for what it is, the game is OK. I might prefer to buy it bundled with several other games instead of as a standalone.

Good luck to the developer!

I completely cleared one level (5 colors only). They didn't say nobody had cleared that one so I wasn't surprised.

I've not tried the 7 color version, yet!

Overall, I don't think I like this game very much. I like this type of game & I like the game board when it first comes up. But the score section flashes with every move & the balls bouncing away in the background tend to confuse me. I only played for a few minutes...

Thanks for all the pointers about registration. Using everyone's advice, I had no trouble.

As for the Bejeweled 3 thing, it was a Google ad.

This game installs OK and activates OK on my Win7 (64)Acer laptop, and plays well the first time. When I try to leave the game, I get an error "cannot create ..." the save file, and it cannot find the path specified. I uninstalled and reinstalled three times, still the same problem. I finally had to go to task manager to end the program, and when I started it up again, it couldn't find the path, and it wanted me to register again. I'm not operating as an administrator, could this be the problem? Otherwise, I'll have to delete the game altogether.

Hey Stephen - I already matched the record and ended up with just eleven pieces left - of course, that was with only 5 colors, not 7... I don't think I'll ever get that good, but it was fun.

No problems at all installing. This game is not simple. You have to plan ahead and pay attention as to what you click on. Reminds me of Collapse which I used to play a lot. Needs a volume control...Not off or on for the sound. But all in all a good solid game to keep you entertained.

Did anyone check out the game they offer free Super Balls. http://www.superballs.org/balls Think I have played that type of game before too. Every time you move something balls are added to screen. You try to match them to empty the board and it fills up quickly if you aren't paying attention.

Thanks, ALLCinema Ltd, for the game and That Wrascally Wabbit for his review.

It looks like a fresh redesign of the good 'ol 'Same Game' (See also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SameGame ).

I played this kind of game in many variations, it's a great way to 'waste' your time.

But, looks are not the main thing for this type of game. Response of actions taken and in-game gratification are even more important. This game just feels 'sluggish' (on a system where the latest Need For Speed runs smoothly, mind you) and your best moves aren't really rewarded (sound or graphically wise, you'll get your points of course).

There is an applause at the end, but that has no effect on me.

It's a nice try, but it's not what I would call a finished product. The response should be cranked up, everything must an can go smoother. Then throw in some in-game extras when certain moves are made, and you'll have a good product.

Loved the ability to play with the skins, had some fun cranking the quality up for certain graphics (mainly the balls).

I would give it 2,5 stars out of 5.
It's not bad, it's just not good enough for me. ;-)

I am NUMBER 43 today went to my computer and I am puzzled by, "How to rid game of annoying Pop-up count down box requesting my reply to purchase game".

I do like this game and to me it is thumbs up, possible 7-8 and worth keeping.

To anyone downloading: there is a program code embedded and activated by information submitted into game launch. Registration is handled by GOTD and do not enter any information into the game screen request for registration. Otherwise you will get the opportunity to play: Programmer For The Day, to rid game of pop-up, which is a challange but not as much fun as Super Clicks. I am taking this well as I did this by myself. I am still laughing and think that this qualifies for submission to "Stupid Computer Tricks". I don't believe that there is such a website, but those inclined to appreciate taking humor in the silly mistakes they made with their computer, might submit a trick or two. Anyhow I still rate game as thumbs up.

My wife has been looking for some games like this. It's hard enough to drive me nuts, she likes that it can also be simple enough for the little ones.
I must say I had a fit getting it to registerd. Tried over and over until it dawned on me to read the instructions again.
Kept getting wrong code until I entered giveawayoftheday in the name field. simple as that. we are all so used to entering ouuser-nameme.
Thanks for a great game.
I would love to see some more bejewel types for the wife. I'm having a hard time finding safe ones to download. Ifollowedowed this site long enough to trust it reasonable well. So job well done ladies gentsents.

I too being a female gamer was a bit annoyed at the girlfriend/mother comment. I think that perhaps the developers have done a bit of research to see that many females like this type of game. I agree with the poster who said "A nice gift for someone..." would be a better choice.

I liked the game! It gets harder and you have to use strategy to clear the screen. I liked the floating balls when you clicked on them. I thought the colors were great also. I love most of the games that are given through here and very grateful for the work. I can see how some would think this one could be boring if they compare it to games that are of a different genre.

I would enjoy some background music also. Perhaps changing the sound that the game makes, instead of a blip. It would be fun to change it up like for kids animal sounds or something.

Great game! Thank you again!

Melanie, sounds like the cookie related to the gamegiveaway site is corrupted. Clear out your internet cache, then redownload the game. hopefully that will sort the problem out. If not ty turning off your modem and/or router for about 30 sedonds then try again once the internet has reconnected.

Clever game, has some graphic features and applause when you complete game. It may seem simple, but the idea is to clear the field of all balls or at least have less than 12 balls left at the end. When you start the game at the top of the colored balls, it gives you the number of clicks needed to clear all balls from the field. I like this game, it may seem simple but if you rush through and end up with 50 plus balls, remember this is not an action type game. Collapse has been mentioned in comments and this game involves use of action and skill, it is a "10" game and might appeal to gamers. I might be wrong, but I do not know of a site that offers this game for free.

After reading the comments and downloading the game, I now understand why other's are getting a reply that code(key) is not valid. Even though I unchecked box for "Quick Launch" icon, the game appeared before the Key & Registation box did. If you insert GOTD and Key onto the "Registration Area of Game, you will get annoying pop-up box that counts down & offers you a chance to purchase game. Your Key will also be rejected and deemed to be invalid (as many who posted- commented on). I DO NOT know if this programing code can be changed or if delete and re-download is the only option. On my download, the GAME displayed before the Key-Registration application appeared!!! Who ever progamed this download is CLEVER.
Oh well we are here at this site to acquire free games and we comment to give our opinion and to help other GOTD user's avoid annoying LINKS.

thanks for your review; it is much appreciated. The more comments we get like this, the more likely we are to get more developers sowing an interest in this site. If we give decent feedback plus suggestions for improvement, developers may find this a useful site to try out their new games - here's hoping, :)

It installed OK in English now it's a not English how to change it back

.......................Moderator comment...........................

Open up the game then click on the yellow squashed looking ball to the lower left of the game window. In Polish it says OPCJE. That takes you to the setup screen. almost in the middle of the game window you will see a field with Polski (Orange). Click on the arrow next to it and select English (Orange). that will change the language back to english. :)

No problem loading on XP SP3. Glad I read WR's instructions about registration as 'set-up' ins't where I would have looked. Suggest that a 'registration' link be added. Screen to screen navigation is a bit clumsy as well.

When mine opened it was in windowed but the icons to change to full screen and to exit were off the top of the screen so I couldn't see them and it just looked like it was a bad fit. Perhaps either default to full screen on opening or make these options part of set-up.

Clicking on one of the high scores opened a new browser with a 404 error. Need to either delete this option or fix the online score connection.

Last comment: I was actually offended by the first line of the advertising blurb: "If you want to make nice gift to your girlfriend or to your mother and to convince them that computer is a cool tool." As a great-grandmother who is pretty tech savy (and has taught most of the rest of the family how to use them) I don't like the generalization implying that women are tech-dumb (which probably isn't what was intended). Why not change it to "If you want to make a nice gift to someone..."

........................Moderator comment............................

That's a valid point. As for the link I also got the 404 error; forgot to mention it this morning. You can still see the top 10 online players though.

...............innappropriate language deleted................ So this developer thinks that women are stupid and know nothing about computers? The rest of the game looks reasonable, but that line really turns my stomach.

I copied and pasted registration name and code frome the install instructions as well as entering them by hand. Any suggestions? My kids love this game. Thanks.

...............................Moderator comment...........................

Apart from cheking the date on your computer is correct (though that shouldn't affect the ability to register using the registration code). I cannot think of any thing else that you could do except maybe download the demo from the developers site and use that together with the reg code provided. I've not tested whether it will work, but I see no reason why it shouldn't.

Edit..... Yes it does

KUDOS to the developers for a faithful reproduction of Same Game, and for including the option to have numbers or little pictures instead of colored balls. Thank you. The numbers make it completely colorblind accessible.

KUDOS as well for making it large enough to see easily, and it's also compatible with Windows Aero if you need to magnify it full-screen, so anybody with visual problems can play it. It also gives good auditory feedback, making a sound when you click and a different sound when you make a move.

KUDOS for /not/ making it too flashy. My epileptic friend can play this one!

I think the way the balls fly around in the background is really cool, but there needs to be a 4 color option. Also, a level-based advance would be good. I love to play games, but I am not really good at a lot of them, this one included. On 5 colors, I might not ever make it off level 1. :) And 3 is a little bit too simple.

The words "Game Over" and "New Game" really need to be slower, and a different color, to keep with the visual accessibility of the game. It took me a few tries to figure out what it said. There also needs to be a volume adjustment to make it louder or softer, not just on and off.

It took me a bit to figure out how to start a new game and thereby get my score into the high-scores table. At first, I clicked on the high score table and it sent my browser to a website that was a 404. Then I found 'reset' at the bottom of the screen, and clicked that. There should be some kind of help screen to show what ALL of the window controls do. Also, there are words that aren't translated to English. Those need to be translated too.

Overall .. *happydance* Yay! I've been looking for a workable, colorblind accessible version of Same Game off and on for a few years. Thank you for this one, Game Giveaway of the Day!

I check this daily to looking for the giveaways, and I thank you first and foremost for what you do here. I do have question though. In the last month, I have clicked on the Game Giveaway of the Day site 2 times and the was greeted with message that the game giveaway was Bejeweled 3. When I click on the link, it takes me to the Spintop site and from there to my windows 7 download screen. My system completely downloads the game, and then when I select launch, it gives me the message that the key has expired. Both times when I return to the Game Giveaway of the day site, I see no more mention of the Bejeweled 3 game giveaway...has this game ever been a giveaway on your site or this or this some kind of fluke? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated..And thank you again for what you offer at Game Giveaway of the Day!

..........................Moderator Comment.........................

Bejeweled 3 has never been given away here at the game giveaway site. You could be seeing a copycat site maybe, which I'd be very wary of. Also I've never heard of a sintop site (gametop perhaps?)

Note to moderator regarding response to comment #3 about the message "this file is not commonly downloaded and may damage your computer". You must be using IE9 release candidate. The warning messages aren't very useful, it says that about a lot of things. If the security certificate has a problem, it will tell you that the file is dangerous. Use your own judgment. You can try sites like VirusTotal, but it has file size limits (this game would be small enough).

.......................Moderator comment........................

Thanks Fubar - I allowed IE9 to be installed a few days ago, however I have been getting that message popping up occasionally prior to installing IE9; (probably since installing Microsoft security essentials a few months ago). Overall I’m still not happy using that particular site. I personally don't like ad supported games, and after installing a game from the site (not the one suggested) despite unchecking boxes to stop getting a tool bar and having my home page changed I still ended up with a toolbar.

Well, Stephen, From all the comments I thought this would be a "simple" child's game and maybe worth a few moments of my time - but I'm hooked! If you think about it, you really have to plan each move in order to end up with as few blocks as possible at the end - and I'm already getting better.

It's a really nice twist on the old "match 3" type games, and despite a few quibbles about the "childish" style screens and menu, it's equally fun for this adult at least! I also like that you can change the objects and colors - this one's a keeper in my book. I give it an 8 - and that's high praise from me, but I think this one's a hidden gem overall.

Thanks, GGOTD, and especially the game developer for what I consider a clever and entertaining game from a 60 year old kid!

............................Moderator Comment.............................

Thanks John; after a little more playing and less trying to analyse whether this was a decent game i do agree with you. there is a hidden depth to the game. Still not my cup of tea overall, but I will be keeping it to fill in those odd moments between some of my 'bigger' games.

I had to come back to WR's description to see how to enter the registration name/code but it did work the first time for me. I am used to having to copy strange codes to paste them when entering is error-prone so that didn't cause any problems.

I've got several games of this same type (such ac "ClickoMania Classic" and "ClickoMania NextGen" and I do enjoy it. It's fun to plan your moves to get the best effect. The games are quick but they do take logic and are not often won!

Thumbs up to this game. It's a keeper!

Seen this game implemented a hundred times, and played it a thousand time. It's great mindless fun that passes 10 or 20 minutes when you have nothing else to do, or are sat waiting for something to happen. I would have preferred the playing area without the high score table etc, but that's personal taste.

Installs and works fine on my Win 7 Pro x64.

Sound settings aren't remembered, so I need to turn them off every time the game is started. Some of the countries are out of order and it always reverts to Zimbabwe. One time, I clicked to remove balls, but they were removed from a different part of the screen, though I couldn't replicate it.

Worth the giveaway price, but I'm afraid it wouldn't be worth 10 euros to me.

The giveaway team negotiate a price, which they pay, so that these games can be given away for free. You’ve probably clicked on the wrong button that's taken you to the purchase screen. when the registration window appears you can either click on purchase now, which takes you to reg now or copy the registration details and name into the registration field then click on register. The process is automatic. There’s no underhand way of trying to get money out of you and even if there was you’d still have to give your PayPal or other bank details to be able to purchase the game.

Thanks for the game. I have the registration info to enter but the thing is I can't figure out where to click to enter that information. I must be missing the obvious but...where do I go to enter the registration name and code? Thanks.

Did you read the second paragraph of my short review at comment #1? It says that you go to the 'setup menu' which can be accessd from the main menu (lower left-hand side of the page). It will be obvious from there where to input the reg details. ;-)

I vote thumbs down - seen this game premise before, but pulled off better. graphics & sound not impressive - no theme music. I really do enjoy the "Casual Game" format but this missed the mark.

Downloaded, Installed, Activated just fine (with a ?) on my Win7x64 machine. The "?" means that it seems to have downloaded the game twice. Could be my error but...... Also, the blurb said it was registered without me doing anything (to witch I said Yay! but when I registered manually it "took". Maybe something to look for to be extra careful.

As for the game itself...... I only played one quick panel but it seems like a decent enough time waster. Kinda simplistic as far as the graphics are concerned.... but then, I guess you don't need seriously smooth gameplay and wild graphics for a game like this. As I said earlier, I've only played one panel so far, but it didnt "save" my score OR the "name" I had entered as a player. As far as the game is concerned I haven't played at all. Could be just me again and in fact I hope it is. I will be keeping this one, at least for awhile. (I do periodic "purges" of my machine... we'll see how long this makes it haha)
Overall..... a nice little game with a few quirks. (That may or may not be my fault. Thank you to all involved!

Special Thank You to Moderator Tom Wild for the "heads up" concerning gamehitzone !

Don't know that it matters to anyone, but Super Clicks is the 1st non-Flash game on the GOTD site that seems to work [not just install] in the win7 XP Mode VM, so it might be something to try if you use portable V/Box for example on a work, school, or public PC/laptop. Unlike most of the GOTD games as well, Super Clicks writes to Windows' registry -- not bad & not a lot, but systems with controlled registry access [e.g. Vista/7] might need to both install & register running the game as admin.

Super Clicks comes with a ~5 MB ClicksSkinCreator -- IMHO being able to customize appearance items is a nice feature for families with kids young enough to appreciate that sort of thing... while you can change the generic user avatar/icon it uses for everyone, unfortunately it looks like you have to drill down into the UserName Local App or Application Data folder to find & change the pics for individual users [they're in a Clicks\Users folder]. Otherwise the rest of the images are stored in the program's folder -- if you customize the game you'll probably want to use them as templates or guides in your photo or image editing software as the skins creator just lets you choose what image to use, not modify or create the images.

It's quite nice to play. Love the idea not to use the normal Windows-Windows, but a self generate window to play in. Easy rules, great gameplay. No nagging reminders only the first time after installation. You need to wait before you can enter the registration code. A pity when you got a code. But after that relax and game on ;)

Not reading the read me at first, just grabbing the code, my first attempt at registering failed, so I went back and read it, turns out you have to register using the name "Giveawayoftheday".
one of these days I might actually try to RTFM beforehand, instead of a distant second.

Please check some of my previous answers above. hopefully one of them will work for you. Also ensure you've used the correct name; that is not your own but the giveawayoftheday name. ;-)
