Stephan/WR - I just wanted to let you know I have been following GGATD and have noticed recently you haven't been feeling well--so now whenever I get on the site, I always send you a little prayer for good health! :) Your work here is appreciated by so many. I also empathize with your building woes, unfortunately, I have heard of this happening too often. :( Cheers, thanks! and good health to you!

...........................Moderator Comment.......................

Thank you for your prayers. They are much appreciated. I'm run down. We have some major problems with the builders (They have ripped us off for around $45 000). We are tasking legal action, but it's extremely stressful. We spent over $180 000 on refurbishing and building a new extension on a bungalow I purchased last year (which cost $683 000). all paid for in cash, so my saving have been seriously depleted. My wife is at her wits end and i'm just stressed out. seem to be getting every bug going a thte moment; probably due to the stress.

Installed fine on my Win 7/64 Home laptop.

The window/full screen toggle doesn't make any difference on my 1366x768 screen, but it's certainly not the first time. That does make it difficult to play while doing something else though.

I played for a little while. It was good for killing time, but I wish I knew what I was doing. I don't really enjoy having to play for hours to figure everything out myself through trial and error. I'll probably use this game for a change when I get tired of another one, but it's not something I'll play to master.

Thanks Alawar and GGOTD! Whiterabbit, I hope the doctor provides you with some relief. Take care!

Excellent game, very manageable on my laptop too. I'd pay for this game if I'd known about it beforehand. I like that I can window it easily and the mouse controls are perfect.

Played a little with it. Quite clever game, inspired. I would be very proud if I had made this.

Even before I downloaded it there were signs it would be good. It is good and I bet it will also be proved highly addictive (I wish I had more time tonight). Nice combination of "match 3" and physics! Pleasant - to say the least - graphics. The way the remaining elements react with each other makes it seem somewhat different than the majority of the games of this kind. It also gives you the chance to play it in a frantic pace, too. The achievements consist a very good touch but, altough it has several levels and they seem to be quite different and it has the zen mode, a game like this should have a level editor, or at least some level packets (it's a pity if it hasn't).

I'm not sure about my opinion regarding the price but I can't help it comparing it with the ones of wheemplay games (which the whole packet reminds me of).

All in all, another download that makes you feel good. ...but I would trade it with the recovery of Whiterabbit. ...(maybe)

An echo of all the other positive reviews. Fun, addictive, missed the blurb about getting 5 together to make one of the items to save but caught on with game play. only wish it had a window mode but not a problem. thanks so much for all these games and so much fun. hope you are better soon; there is so much going around, my whole family is taking turns.

Waaaah! I finished it! I want more! The only thing I would change is different music - it got irritating after a while. Even a cycle of music - changing after each level would have been nice.

Help Please...how do I uninstall yesterdays game...It does not show up in the list of programs where you go to delete such. Can I go to windows explorer and delete directly from there? Thank you for anyone's help.

most giveaways are the same. Basically free standing games, so no or few registry enties. to delete just go to where you installed the game and delete the folder.

Love, love, LOVE this game! the graphics make it look like it's for little kids, but it's really not! Anybody who said it was monotonous didn't play it long enough! After I swore at the fish for a while, I clicked on one accidentally and discovered that it went away! So then I started happily killing off the fish until I got to a level where there were too many things I couldn't click on to be able to get through the level. That's when it dawned on me - those damned fish ARE good for something! I still haven't made it through that level, but I'm getting closer! I can't wait to see what comes next!

Installed and runs fine in Vista 32; the only issue I have is an occasional brief burst of static in the music, apparently when the tune changes.

Someone said you can't turn off the sound, there is an icon on the menu page that gives you separate volume controls for sound and effects.

The goal of each level (so far as I've played) is to "rescue" a certain number of blobs (the ones with faces), the indicator bar on the upper right shows how many, and your progress for the level. You use mana to remove other blobs; if you run out of mana - game over (but you can restart that level and continue), so you must balance your mana usage between removing blobs for points and rescuing the ones for finishing the level. Also there's no time limit, so you can play quite casually.

Accumulate 400000 points to unlock the zen level, which is just continuous play.

Don't be fooled by the simplicity of the early levels, it takes some strategy, and several attempts, for the later ones. A much better game than I initially thought, and quite addictive.

Sorry, Wabbit, for being MIA. Headaches and hospital..been fun...So I know how you feel...Lot of huggles, you Wrascally Wabbit. I really hope you feel better. Anyways...to the game.

THIS IS CUTE! I have no idea what I am doing or where to put this game in my "categories". Maybe I will put it in "Match 3's"..Nope..Maybe Puzzles or Physics..or maybe ALL 3. So confused. But I am having fun. This sure isn't Fishdom. These fish are bad.

The sound DOES works. You really have to mess with it. I finally got it to move with my cursor. And I even figured out how to get my name in there...once I made it back to the Main Menu.

Thank you Alawar and GGOTD for a awesome fun game. It's been a few weeks since I downloaded any games.

Glad to see you back. I'll be fine in a few days to several. Just run down I think. Need to get out, but can't at the moment as the woman I pay to help out has been really ill herself.. Also worries with the builders who have fleeced us of thousands (around $45000 - yes that's thousands). Thankfully we have a decent contract and the project manager, who was responsible is firmly bound to the area with property and buisnesses. We've already sought legal council.

Thanks for everyones comments. Sorry I've not been around much this weekend to moderate properly. I hope everyone is enjoying this game and that no one has had major problems running it. If you do, please post your issues over in the game discussion forums as well, at least you are more likely to get your issue answered by others in the community.

I'm likely to be asleep for most of this evening, so maybe I'll only get another visit or two in before the giveaway ends.

Hopefully will be much better by next week. Been under the weather for some time, with ups and downs. Seeing the doctor this week.

Not sure what I'm doing, but it's fun to play. It would be helpful to have a clearer indication that a level is over (something more than my clicks stop registering), but maybe I just haven't played enough yet to understand.

Thanks to Alawar, GGOTD, and Whiterabbit. And WR, please take good care. I hope you feel better soon!

You are truly evil evil people and this is an evil game and I am completely addicted and I love you for it.

It's trickier than the first couple of levels make it out to be, but not so hard (yet) that I'm fighting levels over and over again to get through them (yet). I like 'em that way. I do wish there was a little more in the way of instructions or a "tip" guide.

Levels are quick, which makes it more addictive (Just one more level! Sorry, cats, I'll feed you in JUST ONE MORE LEVEL!!). The type of game where I know I'll sit down to play a couple of levels and look up to realize it's a few hours later.

Installed and ran fine on Win 7/64.

Evil.

First off, Stephen, my family and I pray that you get well quickly. We love your reviews, and I have a little grandchild who will read every word, then usually ask me questions about anything he's not clear on. He writes similar (though quite short) reviews of game "plugins" and "flash" games. You are a positive influence for him Stephen. And see your influence.

I went through years of illnesses, usually in "flu season". I learned from my doctor, whom I call Doc C, that he's had great success with vitamin C and D on many types of illness.

How did I come to know this?

It was some years past when I started suffering continual bouts of flu and colds every single winter. Warm winters, cold winters, it mattered not. Quite a surprise considering I had joined a coop no-cost annual flu jab programme around the time.

An old school chum, now a surgeon, was reticent to discuss the seeming contradiction of prevention making worse problems, much worse. But later, off the record and unofficially, he told me that this is true and suggested I locate a doctor to give me vitamin C jabs whenever I feel under par in the winter. I took that advice with wonderful results. The new doctor also suggested plainjane vitamin C and D tablets in a prescribed schedule.

Take your doctor's advice of course, but I have not had a cold or flu since 2005, nor have I needed C jabs since 2007, nor have I had a flu jab since 2004. Considering my age, friends are amazed.

I've had other medical conditions likewise cleared up. Turmeric which costs nearly nothing (it's a chefs spice) was suggested for severe inflammation and it worked. Several grammes per day. Minor surgery averted. Quacks amazed.

I told a young fellow about this and he told me he has always taken 8 grammes of vitamin C at the first sign of a sore throat and claims to have never experienced a cold or flu in his adulthood. He says he takes C and D regularly year round.

Obviously Stephen, I have no idea why you're feeling ill. It does not hurt to pass this information along. Some non-homoeopathic doctors may discuss this, and all homoeopathic doctors will openly discuss it until right of free speech is barred.

As for the game. It's another great one for my younger grandchildren, grandnieces and grandnephews. I always ask them about your giveaways and they have already seen them, usually.

Amongst all giveaways, Alawar has always been right with the top companies as far as ease of installation. Great stuff. Hats off to Alawar.

Please get well soon.

A physics game that doesn't look or feel like a physics game, and, to me at least, is in fact quite enjoyable. I played through it in a few hours. The last level is extremely challenging, it took me about a dozen tries to finish it, whereas most other levels were done on the first play through. Once you beat the last level you can play the Zen mode, which is basically unlimited play, in which the number of clicks isn't limited (contrary to the regular game) and you play until there are no more combos available. In Zen mode you also do not need to get a certain number of eyed-blobs either, but you do get more points for scoring combos with them. My only gripe (other than the non-functional music and sound effects sliders in the options, as noted by others) is that a level ends if there are no more combos available, it doesn't reshuffle like in modern match 3's, which can be annoying on a few levels.
Overall, quite fun IMHO, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Hi, for those who are worried about music and sounds - on the opening Screen (Welcome Player) there is a button on far left bottom ('mechanic wheels') with 2 options - sounds and window. If it didn't open straigh away click on it. Looks a cheerful little fun Game with cheerful graphics. Get well Whiterabbit, please do feel better.

Tried the online version and looks clever w/ the elements of match, physics, and the fish attacker part than comes in some times. Full game here likely same concepts. Hope one here has a music off button. The physics part of reshaping the blobs into new formations (planned but can end up unplanned, lol) adds to the fun. Can see how this could be bit addictive in short bursts of play. Just watching those reformations (sometimes from top down, other times opposite) quickly leads to 'just one more level'. Thanks guys. 8.5/10 for fans. Feel better Wr.

If ever there was a game that would benefit from a "Custom Cursor," this is it. The cursor disappears against the light background. Other than that, this is a fantastically amusing fun game. Even the sound track makes you smile ... till it gets on your nerves!

A little more detailed review is available at jayisgames: www.jayisgames.com/archives/2012/09/sticky_linky.php

Installed fine on Win7 x64. I had to create my own desktop shortcut. Game is full screen and there are separate slider controls for music and sound effect volume.

Sort of a blend of World of Goo and a match 3. The game objective wasn't initially clear, but it is to match 5 to create a special "animal" blobs (the ones with the eyes in the pictures above) and then match that to another blob of the same color to release it. You have to release a certain amount each level to complete the level. The blobs build and collapse like in World of Goo. Some levels are underwater and in those a fish occasionally swims through the blobs destroying them which can mess up your plan. Different and interesting.

This is a fun little game, good for some quick play when time allows but be aware that it can become very addictive. Reminds me a lot of another game I lost awhile back, I can't recall the name but the characters were boxes in a railway car theme. Downloads fine, as always.

Great to see 2 games this weekend!
Thanks GGOTD team and Alawar.

After playing a couple of levels the options appeared on the main screen, so the music can be turned off. The music is not so bad as some games though. Amusing game, but does not seem to need much skill. Small children may like it and adults if they want to switch off. Thank you for offering it to us.
