This reminds me somewhat of Marble Madness, one of my all-time favourite games (even though I'm rubbish at it!).
So in Spherun, we're in top-down 2D, so there's no gravity, and there don't appear to be (?) any "baddies" chasing you either. But like MM, you must stay on the "path" (the blue square) or die; and you have that pesky inertia of the ball to deal with. I believe the striped barriers/walls are fixed, but the white blocks/boxes are push-able.
All a little simple perhaps for some of you, but I'm certain I would find it incredibly frustrating to play, having seen the video of gameplay! One for people with steadier hands than myself, I suspect?

Today's game reminds me of an old Playstation 1 game Irritating Stick which was trying to bank off a popularity of a game show.. Except if you ran into the barriers you would have to start over as you were shocked.
You can see the game here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ePkBHX1rDo
The game is best enjoyed with analog controls.
Also a sequel was made for Neo Geo called Irritating Maze. You can find that here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9E-201c6Vv8
