Whiterabbit-uk,
That's odd, there's a link to Dodozen's - PostFx Bundle #1 inside the games installed folder?
For my usual security section, please see my comment in answer to anonymous users comment.

Because there were some security concerns...
Space Theory passed scans in both BitDefender and, in the Win7 32-bit VM where I monitored install, Security Essentials. The game itself is made up of 15 files in the game's folder, taking up about 90MB. For some reason 4 URL shortcuts & 4 icons were added to Program Files [or Program Files (x86)]. During install I unchecked the boxes for Start Menu & Desktop shortcuts, still getting 4 new shortcuts on the Desktop. C:\Users\ [UserName]\ AppData\ Local\ SpaceTheory\ systemAirGun.ini is added, with the following lines: [GAME], shader="Off", effects="On", music="On", language="Eng", fullscreen="On", lan="0.000000". I recorded 159 new registry entries. HKLM gets an uninstall key, while HKCU got Edge & Windows related entries plus a few for DirectInput, & HKCR got a single cache entry. Nothing out of the ordinary was modified in the registry -- 61 entries were updated consisting of stuff like search index & the always present UserAssist.
Nothing was added to autostart with Windows & there were no tasks added, so if the game contained malware code -- despite passing all scans including Virus Total for WR -- it would have to contact a C&C [Command & Control] server to download something. If you still have concerns go to Windows Firewall in Control Panel, or the firewall controls for your installed security software, and create a new rule blocking network/internet access.

As much as I trust Game Giveaway of The Day , I did also get the security warning from Windows, the same that anonymous user had. No matter what I tried - it kept still blocking the game. It is a shame because this game looks like it had potential to be a fun game to play but I would request that the developer submit their files to Microsoft for approval and code signing so that we can enjoy the game.
This is the first time I've ever seen Microsoft Antivirus flag a game as a severe threat from the Giveaway Site.

Whiterabbit-uk, I've had many games from Falcoware downloaded during the weekday and MS Security Essentials have never flagged them, this is the first I've seen of this happening. I've tried to turn off the security on MS Security Essentials in Windows 10 but still are receiving it. The virus definitions are up to date from Windows Update as well.

I don't know what you guys bundled it with, but Windows Security (Microsoft) doesn't like this at all.

Anonymous User,
Hi anonymous users, what you are seeing is a false positive. Falcoware include low level adware that is restricted to the game. No malware is installed to your system files. I've downloaded and installed virtually every Falcoware game given away here since they started back in 2018. The giveaway team have been giving games away since 2006 and have never given a game away infected with malware. I've downloaded 99% of them and again have never had any cause for concern. The giveaway team check all games to ensure they are safe using a suite of different antimalware engines.
This game is being release don Steam on the 7th June. Falcoware include the low level adware to earn cash to pay the developer for allowing the game to be given away free. The adware basically opens your browser to Falcoware's home page once when you first install the game, then the game is basically clean.
I scanned the installed game using the free version of Virus Total and it gave the game a clean bill of health from 60 different antimalware engines. You can see the results via the following link:

What Microsoft is picking up is the installer that redirects your browser to Falcoware's home page. Once it's been redirected following the installation, it's done. The game is as clean as a whistle
