Wicked machines will do their best to interfere with your work by overloading purifying facilities. You need to stop the disastrous machines until purifying structures clean up the sea. As one sea is cleaned up and captured, you will be moved by headquarters to another one. The cleaner ocean becomes, the more difficult is to purify the next sea because the machines don't know how to give up. In the stunning game Secrets Of Six Seas you will attend outstanding locations and get better understanding why the seas became what they are.

Neat game! Really fun graphics that make it look like you're really under water. Uncomplicated game play. I like this game a lot! Big thanks to GAOTD and MyPlayCity!

HI,
The game took a few minutes to download and opened fairly quickly. The graphics are very good. The story sounded good, but the set up is simply shooting balls at the snakelike line. I played awhile, until I reached the shoot 'em up section and became frustrated receiving try again repeatedly. Do not know if will try again. Would rather that section just be a score and move on from there. I do like matching the snake line, but do get frustrated and or bored after awhile. Thanks for another good game and have a good week, Lee

Hey Wabbit,
I love a Zuma and Luxor clone. No problems with My Win7 PC with Comodo AntiVirus. Nice and bright, cheery music. I do like the fact you can go back and redo levels. I do thank my lucky stars for Fences(StarDock) that I got in a Humble Bundle software pack for a dollar. When I finished playing, my desktop was a mess. Fences takes a pic or more a day; so all I had to do was press "Restore" and my desktop was back in order. :)
Thanks for the review, Wabbit and many thanks to GGOTD and MPC for the chance to play this game.
Huggles to you and your family. Happy Archery!

Could never get it to install. Got the message that it was activated, but no install window. Deactivated AVG & ZA (which I normally do & programs will install) but no luck today.

No other bubble shooter can compare to Zuma and Luxor, but this one is pretty good considering it is free today.
No problems installing to and running with Win 7 upgraded to Windows 10 64bit.
Thanks, Game GAOTD and MPC!

I first tried this on a Win7 machine. After tapping once to fire, if I kept my hand on the trackpad, the ball kept firing. I had to move my hand away to make it stop. When I right-clicked to switch balls, they then switched rapid-fire constantly, and I couldn't get it to stop. This made the game unplayable. I tweaked compatibility settings, to no avail.
So I switched to my WinXP netbook. The game wouldn't launch because the resolution was too high for the display. I don't know if that's because I had played the game on a larger display to start with. I ran a1ctl and upped the resolution to 1024x768. Then I could launch the game and lower the resolution to 800x600. I've run up against this problem many times and think games should adjust resolution automatically or ask the player to change the resolution so the game can launch.
Performance was fine in WinXP but there were display glitches. A number of objects, including the track that the balls run on, were blank white. It was playable but not as much fun. I'm guessing the machine's video is just too low-spec. :-( I may try another machine but for now am tired of attempting workarounds.
My thoughts based on playing just one level:
I was excited to see a marble popper on offer. Love this type of game. I like the goal of releasing trapped fish. The 3D perspective was a challenging twist for me. Also, the elevated tracks can't be targeted (at least not in the part I played), so that too added to the difficulty.
The upbeat, clubby gameplay music is suited to the underwater theme. It reminds me of "Everybody's Free to Feel Good (Aquagen/Venture Bros. remix)" but less techno-ey.
The visuals are pretty, colorful, and sharp. Not having elements display is a reminder of how important cohesive, immersive game play is.
The level of challenge seemed fine to start with, though I suspect it would become stressful for me. I always have to take breaks from marble poppers, but when I come back, my game play has usually improved enough to progress a bit further.
There's not much to say about the storyline without having played more of the game.
I like what I played and would recommend giving it a try.
I have learned about and enjoy so many types of games--including marble poppers--thanks to you, Whiterabbit, and this site. And thanks to MyPlayCity for offering it.

I also think this site and others like it give good feedback about the games (and other software) they give away. It is vital to find out about possible problems and negative situations before downloading and installing games (and other things). Much more than getting a free game, the information given in the comments section, either by the moderator or other users, is invaluable.

Thank so much for a fun game. It's a slightly different twist on the match 3. I found it a little more challenging because the balls keep changing color.

Windows 10 x64 Pro fine. Full screen, usual options. Honestly I usually hate these marble games as they get super hard at higher levels. BUT so far just in beginnings it plays pretty fair. The Cold Sea did move fast at points but if catch the extra bonus pieces (bomb & such) it helps slow down the flow, give aim, blow up, etc. Hopefully that level of fairness remains. One can replay a level which helps since you'll have gotten familiar with the changing layouts.
Certainly worth a shot (lol) for those unsure about this game style. Thanks GOTD.

Comments on Game: Secrets of Six Seas
I have not played a lot of this type (bubble pop/match 3) but will just give my impressions.
Idea behind the game is good - trying to rid sea of pollution caused by machines/submarines.
The colors are quite vivid and pleasant to my eye - these would even make nice screen backgrounds.
Gameplay: starts right in after you are told why you are cleaning the seas; after you finish the first round it then tells you about fish getting in the way and how to move them - though I find that they don't always move even if you hover over them; it also then tells you how to pause game; you get information about how you did but after 5 rounds I still don't know how I am getting "Fish saved"; there is also a combo bonus but I am unable to find an obvious explanation for what the combos are; the levels tell you to click to start them but they still start on their own fairly quickly even if you do not click; I failed the 2nd level and it told me to "save more fish"; there is no vertical movement to shooter so there are loops in the track where you cannot land any balls; there is a tornado/waterspout looking shimmer that occurs at times but no explanation given for what it does or what to do about it; a log book shows up at times after you finish a round and will give some brief explanation.
Overall it seems to be a decent game of its type - I can understand not giving instructions for how to play the game if you have played this type before but I think any game should come with basic instructions on gameplay and especially about how they determine your score and what any bonuses mean and if you fail and it tells you to save more fish, somewhere it should tell you how that is accomplished. If this information is present and I missed it then I apologize.
On a positive note, it has a useful exit button on screen that immediately exits the game without asking 2 or 3 times if you really want to exit.

..I love these Marble popper games. This one here is the best I've played so far. I like it because it has Modern great graphics, easy or simple to play, but also has room to grow. It doesn't become too challenging to fast- At just the right pace. On my win10 64 pro machine it plays great- I had a little trouble with Exterios, and Alien shooter td had a wrong size window so graphics were elongated and I couldn't play. Absolutely no problems with Secret six sea's Marble. I highly recommend this one. Very easy and Fun with a capitol F to play.

Bullseye does not not align up to the target! Very difficult to switch users or choose different options. Running Win10 but running in compat mode for win8 didn't help. Crosshairs still don't line up to the target, you must be slightly above the target before clicking on it.

Whiterabbit,
It might be a good idea to put something in every game review, reminding everyone to turn off their antivirus when trying to install these games.
I don't think everyone is getting the message from our subsequent posts.
That said, I was glad to see this game, since the similar one that was given away years ago I lost when I had to change computers. I always liked these games, they're more challenging than a standard Match 3, and it gives you more game time trying to win.

I like this style of game, but this game left me a bit frustrated. I missed what I was aiming for a little more often than in most of these style games, not sure why yet. Having the fish that swim in the way was as annoying as having one of my cats walk between me and my laptop, although the fish are easier to get rid of, lol!
I didn't play long, but so far not a bad game. Would like the ability to "buy" bonuses for when I've missed my shots a bit too ofen.
Thank you for the game!

It seemed like nice shooter game.
However it makes me feel giddy as the shooter is really floating, and the row of balls are sometimes wider than the screen, which gives another movement. (whether in windowed or full screen mode)
The most I can play is two levels at a time, so maybe it's not a game for me.
The power-ups are given generously in the first levels and they are to be used immediately.
Nonetheless, thanks for the nice game; the last months we can't complain about the games given away :)

The game installed ok on windows 10. Unfortunately I couldn't play it because on the first level which seemed to be a zuma type game the balls came out too quick and the only way I found to stop it was to left click on the touch pad. There doesn't seem to be any tutorial that I can find when I go back to the main menu. I will persevere with this game though and try and work around the problem, if anyone could give me some ideas of what to try I would be grateful. The graphics are great and I like the ambient sounds especially.

Installed the game, started it, it crashed.
Tried again, same result.
Downloaded from myplaycity: same result.
Running windows 7 64bit
Pity, looks like a nice game.

John,
Hi, I'm running Windows 10 64 bit, game downloaded and installed fine, plays without issue. I don't think your crashing problem is the game files themselves, it could be your antivirus program or something else.

Helen,
thanks for the suggestion, but no way I am going to shut off AV even for a minute to install a game...

I'm interested in any explanation regarding, or suggestion to overcome, a problem that is affecting both this download and stopped me from accessing yesterday's giveaway. Both instances the 'setup' has failed and crashed (creating the 'auto-report to Microsoft' alert). The 'post activation' popups, from giveaway and the redirect to the games-site, still seem to work and the message that the 'game is activated' comes up, BUT the game has neither downloaded nor activated due to the set-up glitch. Thanks, in advance, for any ideas.

Al, not sure this is your issue, but it sounds like your AntiVirus may be blocking the executable. Although this has been a common issue due to the wrapper (which looks like malware to the AV but isn't), I never had a problem until very recently. Now every download from here, I have to turn my AV off for 10 minutes just for the install; then I can turn it back on and all is well. Because that never used to happen, and I haven't changed my AV, I just assume it's something in the wrapper that's changed, or the AV definitions got tougher.
The tipoff to me is your mention of the post-activation pop-ups still coming up---that's what happened for me, too, leading me to think it installed, but then it wasn't there. If you're comfortable doing so, try turning off your AV for a few minutes just to run the setup and then turn it right back on, and see if that helps.

neme, It's been my experience that your anti-virus program is probably blocking installation of the program. This is certainly true for AVG, and I'm sure that other antivirus programs will also block installation as well.
To overcome this, I right-click on the AVG icon in the system tray (lower right, where the clock is - you may have to click on the arrow expanding the system tray to reveal the icon), and select the "turn off" soft switch about midway down the display panel. You'll be given a choice over how long you wish to disable the antivirus - I choose 5 minutes. That should give you enough time to install the game before the antivirus turns itself back on.
Other antivirus programs will have a different means of temporarily disabling protection. It's important to turn your antivirus program back on if it doesn't do so on its own after a set period of time.
Good luck!

Don Hill, Yes, that's exactly what I told the original poster. I think you missed my reply, though you replied to me by name.
