Robo Terror is a 2D side scrolling hardcore platformer, action shooter. The installed game is 180MB in size.

Introduction:

With the development of artificial intelligence, came the predicted problem. Robots that were created to serve humans rebelled against their creators and launched full-scale military operations on the streets of Neocity. Destroying people robots show their superiority over people and consider themselves a new round of evolution and humanity a relic of the past. But the Main character Kyle Connor does not agree with this state of things, armed to the teeth, he goes to prove to the robots that they were very wrong.

The Game:

Robo Terror was created by Alex Game Dev (who has several games released on Steam via Garage games (the distributor), including two we've been given previously i.e. Factory of Sweets and Dangerous Zone). It was released on Steam 4th July 2020, as yet there are no user reviews, but you can see a video of game play HERE. When starting the game you are introduced to the various key bindings; i.e.

A = move left
D = move right
W = jumping
S = crouch.
Double tap W = jump higher
RMB = throw grenade.

There are 3 types of weapons available, a Blaster (your default weapon), plus you can find a Gatling laser and a Beam gun, as well as grenades while progressing through the levels. To start the game from the main menu use the enter key, to move between start and exit use the up and down arrow keys. To enter the pause menu use the Esc key. This also brings up the options menu where you can use your mouse pointer to select to mute or turn off sounds or return to the main menu or exit the game. Your default weapon is the blaster with unlimited ammo. To aim use your mouse and to fire use the LMB. Keeping it depressed with enable continuous fire. For other weapons such as the Gatling laser and Beam gun you have to find find them as well as ammo and health pick ups. The game is basic, but playable.
