Resurrector is similar to the two games we received a few months ago called Old War (3rd Oct 19) and Old War 2 (5th Aug 19). It has the same type of game play i.e. protect your towers and destroy the enemies that come to attack you. Also, the graphic style is very similar, with saturated colours and limited enemy types. However, there is a major different between Resurrector and those old war games, in that most of the game play is automatic, and you cannot direct your troops, they will automatically go to the nearest attacking enemy. Your main character can move around using the WASD keys. Click on tower icons to spawn new towers and use your right mouse button to fire off your mages weapons. To win you need to destroy all the enemies attacking you. They are respawned until you destroy their towers.

Resurrector is a real time strategy game, that any long time RTS (Real time Strategy) fan will probably think is pretty bad from the outset, however having been into r.t.s. games ever since the first Civilization and Alpha Centauri by Sid Meier and Syndicate from Bullfrog Productions (1993), I would argue that this is actually a really good starting point for those who have never played RTS games before despite its relatively hard to beat levels. The game is simple, has limited units, and compared to most RTS games has far fewer commands to remember. There are only eight levels; when you first boot up the game only level one is available; however, once in level, pressing the down arrow will automatically end the level and give you access to the next level. you can open up every level this way without even playing the game. The only action that is of any significance is your mages attack, which you basically just have to keep your right mouse button pressed for continuous fire. I barely moved on the first level and be tit after a few moments just by keeping my right mouse button depressed and moving a little closer to the enemy to get in range.
