This is an excellent take on train operator simulators and also railroad engineering simulators. The graphics are very decent to the point where you can clearly see what you are doing. I briefly remember playing RailRoad Tycoon and Chris Sawyers Locomotion. Railroad Tycoon even seen a Sega Dreamcast release which consoles were really not optimized for back in the day due to memory constraints.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I am OK and I am still trying to be on the mend with my health its just that I am struggling healthwise day to day and that at some times I just don't want to do things period. I still do however download the giveaways on this site and play them just don't have the energy to review at times.

I downloaded it twice and installed it 3 times. It will not load on my Windows 11, I tried with the shortcut that was placed on the desktop and went into the installed program file. I even tried running it as Administrator. Nothing would happen, but after about a minute a webpage would load thanking me for playing a Toomky game.
When I tried running it by clicking ''Game'' in the installed folder it stated it could not run because of a missing dll file and to reinstall the game.I give up, thanks anyway.

Richard Vinson (and 's'),
You need to download and install the latest version of DirectX from Microsoft's site, then it works fine.

It does not start on Windows 11 - any ideas?

It looks like it might be like Microsoft's Train Simulator but has various business goals to achieve. I haven't gone too deeply into the game yet so I can't say much about it.

Hi everyone!
I haven't yet played this game (I'm still downloading it), but I saw some gameplay videos and it really excites me, so I thought I'd share them with you.
Railroad Lines seems to be a LOVELY game! If you have ever had your own railroad game as a child, or if you have ever wanted to have one, then you will simply LOVE this game! And it's much better than the railroad game you might have had as a child because this game has HUGE maps.
Here are links for some gameplay videos. I couldn't find any videos in English. These are German videos but if you watch them you'll get an idea of what this game is all about (as I did).

Actually, I just watched the first video listed above, but that was enough to make me want this game!
From what I can see, this game has about 25 missions and you can have up to 6 trains. As you'll see in the videos above, managing just two is quite tough, so you can imagine the FUN when you have 6 trains!
The game has got different camera views, so you can play, both, railroad engineer and train driver.
