You are an intelligent robot created by scientists for the best annual tournament "Project: R.E.B.O.O.T".
The best minds from all the planets are programming their robots each year, which must pass 30 challenging levels, equipped with deadly traps and various obstacles.
In the role of one of these robots and you have to play.
Your main task is to reach the end and prove to everyone that you are the best!

The controls are buggy and not precise. The foreground and background are the same style and color as the foreground making it difficult to tell which is which. I fount it impossible to play.

Project R.E.B.O.O.T.

Project R.E.B.O.O.T. created using the unity engine is a reasonably challenging and well made platformer where you play as a robot that has been entered into a competition. To win you must navigate through 30 levels of increasingly difficult platform levels; full of fiendish traps (and mind numbing restarts). Touch any spinning blade or laser and you will be transported to the beginning of that level. I could not get past the second level, but I've never been very good at most platform games of this type, though I do have several decent ones in my library of games for example my favorite platformers are Gish and Wik and the Fable of Souls.

Controls are simple A and D to move left or right and the space bar to jump. Personally I found them a little 'sluggish', but then again, my hands are not as nimble and speedy as they used to be, which probably explains why I've only played this game via my Steam account for abut 20 minutes each; (I have both versions of the game i.e. Project R.E.B.O.O.T. 1 & 2). Today's version is a free standing version from Falcoware.
