You are a tanker who has run out of shells, your rifle has run out of bullets, you are wounded and powerless, but you must complete the task, so despite the crowds of enemy soldiers, you continue to move forward, transferring your coordinates to the base and praying for a victorious end!

No Ammo:

In Brief:
You are inside a tank with no ammunition and have to get to the end of the level using the WASD keys to move before the time runs out; each time you die, the timer restarts. I died at least 20 times and still couldn't get to the end.

There are pairs of red flags and I think there is a route marked out that you have to navigate; (from the very brief glimpses of the tops of the markers that laid out the route to follow, I thought they were a herd of cows initially). Unfortunately, I couldn't see the route as it seemed my view was obstructed, so couldn't see the ground in front of me. The route just appears momentarily as I tried to navigate the tank. You only get 9 seconds to complete the course. Soldiers start to throw themselves at you towards the end of the 9 seconds

Because I couldn't see the layout of the course I kept crashing into the barriers and getting stuck and died too many times for this game to be enjoyable. That said, I found a video of game play on You Tube which showed the game in it's full glory and looks playable, at least from the perspective of the video.

My son has just bought me Assassins Creed Valhalla, which was finally released on Steam two days ago. I'd much rather be play that, especially considering I've been waiting a year for it to be released on Steam (it was an Epic Games exclusive for 12 months); so I decided to give up on todays game.

If anyone does get the game to work as seen in the short video, please do let me know here.

Downloaded and installed without a problem .

Info (blue) box , System Requirements : Minimum: Windows 7

It works just fine under Windows XP .

The game started in full screen but when I entered the option ,
it changed to window mode .
It did not change back to full screen when I started the game .
I had to go back to the options and change it .
.
Minimal options .
Just On/Off settings (Music too loud).
WASD controls .... :-(

Managed to play the game for a few minutes with great difficulty.
Did NOT win ... :-(

I've managed to cross 4 or 5 of those red flags and take 10 extra seconds ,
but after a while the soldiers started to jump directly on my face , coming
from nowhere , so , I was dying really fast .

I did not smashed my mouse or monitor (no money to replace them...) , just
exited the game , witch crashed upon exiting like the 2 previous games .

Question : What the left mouse button does in the game ?

At first when I started playing this game, I thought oh wow a retro type kart racer with borderline Minecraft style graphics. Maybe cell shading?

All I found to do was just race around the track and that was about it. Oh yeah and avoid the soldiers on the field. Speaking of which at first I thought your tank was meant to run into the soldiers for points until I learned later that you lose life when you do so hence the No Ammo portion of the game.

The game does have some cool graphics however and some cool retro style music that reminds me of the chip that Commodore 64 used.

One note about today's game that's important to know: This game will cause motion sickness because of the way the screen rocks back and forth when driving around the course. If you suffer from this you may want to avoid today's game all together. Personally I would have liked the option to turn it off or at the very least have the screen rock to the way you are turning the tank instead of wobbling back and forth. On the other hand I was never bothered by those old arcade games, After Burner and G Loc which had a full motion cage movement only in select arcades.

This game is something to check out, maybe for about 10 minutes or during your free time that you have but that's about all I have to say for now. Be sure to keep an eye out on websites like Epic Games and social media pages of well known game publishers to find lots of freebies and so forth.

Thanks for your feedback Jason, glad to see that the game worked out okay for you. I can't figure why I wasn't able to see the race course, (which basically trashed the game for me)?

The latest freebies from Epic Games are Saints Row IV Re-Elected, (a Grand Theft Auto style comedic shooter) and Wildcat Gun Machine a bullet hell dungeon crawler. Next weeks is a mystery game.
