Old Granny is getting very senile...after being placed in front of the tv, she watches batman movies all day which inspires her to take matters into her own hands the next time she stumbles upon a group of robbers... she will deal with them using her cane or BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY...

Yes, this is another game that attempts at using a base template for a 2D retro pixel platformer with wall jumping (a gamemaker quick job as we'll call it). This one with typical collecting such as sunglasses for increasing health and after levels being able to buy various improvements such as a gun, increase in max life, double jump etc. You have to choose next level instead of exit when not picking an upgrade if you dont have money.

Controls are Right or Left Arrow key plus z and x mainly to jump and use your weapon, or can use A+D to move, W to jump and space to use your weapon. Granny must be from the Yoda species in star wars as she can jump around on the walls. Some of the controls (or level/game design) however is somewhat poor but could be considered just harder in difficulty intentionally until you upgrade. You have to hit the enemies twice (at least starting out with the cane) and also tend to move too far forward when dropping to another level for example which both dont work at that well in that there are some tight areas to move around with enemies in them, In other words you would have to hit and jump over them and hit again.

Unfortunately In the second level when I died it did not restart and just saw the decapitated granny head sitting there. A second try I upgraded to high speed after level 1 and granny didnt show at all in the second level to be able to play, and a third try adding a gun also didnt show up at all and seems to be part of the decapitated head sitting there instead so maybe its not resetting even though I exited out of the game completely between attempts. I really didnt feel like playing more or keeping it unless its further worked on since this one is currently buggy. The music reminds of 80s action movies.

Really wish I could give a good write up of this game. I don't know who would be more angry. The Granny in the game or myself.

When playing this game, it seems to start me out on World 2 Stage 5 which leads me to believe this game may be a demo of the full game.

It has frustrating controls in my opinion and seems to make you guess how to jump to other portions of the level. Do you scale off walls, double jump or?

Today's game seems like a big pass from me as there have been more playable games that we've enjoyed in the past that at least you can give it a good opinion, I just can't seem to give that here for this one.
