Mini planet 2! Now the game has an open world, the ability to shoot from the ship using the SPACE key and the speed of movement has been changed towards maneuvers, now it will be easier to hold on to the help of allies, and the ability to shoot back makes the game more interesting!

Whiterabbit-uk, Hope your loved ones recover soon. So: this is a poor and "single-level" clone of Asteroids, right? Hmm … think I'll pass. :)

Whiterabbit-uk, I'm sorry, I usually have no interest in the Weekday games, and some are not compatible on my old system, and on the Weekends I often get so immersed in sport that I come here very late and, when I do post, I forget to say this:
Very sorry to here about your family's health and other issues. Of course, you have all of our hopes that these problems die down and are worked out. Even the limited things you've been able to do recently have been valuable - as always - so, put family and yourself 1st, and we're all pulling for you.
And thanks to Jason and DataDragon for stepping up to fill in. Hope your tech problems work out, Jason.

Whiterabbit-uk,
I agree with the others - I hope you and your family are getting better soon.

100 seconds to survive a meteor shower until help arrives...with no help arriving? Instant Death upon startup unless you shoot or move back... Not an asteroids clone - its just avoiding them and shooting them doesnt break them down smaller. No shields, no other ship firing at you. No upgrades. No Fun. Graphics are ok, why not remove the timer and experiment.
'Open World' - You Keep Using That Word, I Do Not Think It Means What You Think It Means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride. Open World is two screens.
If you survive the 100 seconds countdown, you get a You Win...
Rating: E (plus detention after school for repeat offense - please watch asteroids, scramble, and sinistar arcade game videos and think about what you did)

Forgot to add, The asteroids did kind of remind me of those in the great classic Sci fi anime STAR BLAZERS/yamato series (unintentionally of course) but theres no saving earth from them here by shooting them down, or other reason to be attached to either the ship and its crew. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unqTQGFUXWU

DataDragon,
Someone should make a game based on the series. It would be great if a decent developer took it on board.

Sorry, moderators may not approve this and that's fine - and I hate to "look a gift horse in the mouth", though that might have revealed the Greeks at Troy - but I feels somebody needs to ask this sooner or later and Mini-Planet 1 & 2 is a perfect time to ask it:
Falcoware, is giving all of these barely playable games - that don't even have save functions - or, in this case, have 1 tiny level, actually working for you? I would think that it would just make people not come here on the weekdays. Not that I would expect you to give away a game in your inventory that's making you tons of money, but maybe games that are playable for more than a few minutes or practically seconds in today's case. Though I understand Whiterabbit correctly calling some of the slightly playable ones "coffee break games", I have plenty of games that have hours of play that I can play a section or 2 in 5 or 10 minutes. I also realize that some of these are similar to phone/mobile games, but I wouldn't - and couldn't - fill up my phone with 100s of these, so why would I do it to my tablet, or laptop, or desktop. Just more barely usable & very limited value programs I have to keep track of. One reviewer on Steam calls yesterday's game an "asset flip" and said that Steam calls these asset flips "fake games". That's not the only time someone has said that on Steam about these weekday games.
So, again, Falcoware, I know you have many games on your site, is giving away these barely developed and often barely playable games working for you? If it is, I understand then why you're giving them away.

mediaman13, Hi!
Steam is publishing about 50 games daily. We have to run in this race.
Games are a fuel for our business. Less games daily and we become weak and die.
