NOTE: This is a DLC (Downloadable Content) for the "Free to play" game Mighty Squads. You need to have installed and played the game at least once before you can redeem the key for the game. To install the game your best option is to open your Steam client, go to the sotre tab and type Mighty Squads in the search. Click the resulting option and on the store page click "Play Game"
The installation process will begin. Wait for it to be done and start the game by clicking Play game again from store or play game on the game page in your library tab. Play the tutorial and 2 PVP battles before exiting the game. Now you are ready to redeem your key

There is NO download on this site for todays offer. Click the download now button, share via FaceBook or request an email. and follow the link. This will bring you to a few ppages that ask you for the authenticationof your steam account (a log in through Steam action) and give name and email. A key will be send to you. You redeem the key by going to the Steam client and clicking the "add a game" link bottom left of the client, followed by "activate a product on Steam" . Follow the pop up windows, enter key and start game again. Your content should get added.

Mighty Squads is a turnbased strategy game. You have fighters, archers, wizards etc that you can place on a grid to attack an opponent. This opponent can be a real player or it can be against the computer. To play against other players click the fight icon on the "map screen" The other options are single player scenarios. The DLC given away today gives you 5 different characters in a "toad theme"

The game itself is very basic in play but will need some strategy and thinking. Each player places one fighter on a grid on the playboard, this fighter will perform an attack. Some fighters will have other benefits as well like giving more power to characters or blocking attacks. Your fighters are protecting a Main "commander" who does not attack, they do have special abbilities though that can aid you in the fight.

I haven't been playing this enough to know what will open up at the higher levels. There is enough hidden on the map though and if that is all single player this might be an interesting title for thos that like games like this but are not that much into multiplayer

Easy to get into, definately a game you either like or hate. If you like these games I would definitely pick it up. The graphics look nice, I could not find any bugs so far and it will run on most systems without problem. I might add the warniing that you might even get "addicted"
