Wouldn't work on my Windows XP SP3 32 bit. Sorry to sound like a broken record, or skipping CD to be more modern. These postings aren't meant as complaints. But last time I mentioned about XP being far past obsolete, some or our fine semi-regulars (which is what I consider myself) - as opposed to those good folks who have a reason to post if not practically every day, at least frequently - posted that they still think XP is the best Windows, and they still use it. There are a lot of great folks here who post just often enough so we know we haven't lost them - mainly when they have something important enough that they feel it would help - and I, for one, am glad when they do because they do help a great deal. The only reason I've posted so many of these lately is because, darn it, there have been a lot of interesting and recommendable weekday giveaways lately. I'm saying these to just say "bare with me on these postings", they won't be forever and they're just for our regulars who still use XP, to save them a download, because a handful of these HAVE worked on XP. I fully intend to transition out of XP, but I just bought a used auto that needs a considerable amount of work, I need to get a working phone, and all the newer, but still old, computers I have laying around are waiting for me to try and fix them. You know, life. :P On the other hand, a slight complaint: if Ashoot, or Falcoware, could be more specific than just posting Windows as the program's only specification, you folks might hear from me less. Oh well, until next time...

watcher13, FWIW, *IF* the CPU & BIOS are 64-bit, *might* consider giving Linux a try. Between WINE & the open source version of the Linux mod used by the Steamdeck, many, many thousands of Windows games are completely playable. And that includes the latest games, so I'd guess better compatibility than XP. gergn in the forum might be a good person to help.

mike, good info as always. You're one of those folks I'm always happy to see here. Nope, 32 bit, though Linux is the still future intention. "Gotta get around to fixin' that one of these days, Ma". lol. (if you're curious about that reference, especially for non-Americans, look up "Ma and Pa Kettle" on wikipedia.) Thanks, though. :)
