Whiterabbit-uk,
The link to Sonic the Hedgehog doesn't appear to work , but this could be because I've signed into my Steam account via my browser and for some reason, if you already have the game, it won't open to the Steam store page.

Whiterabbit-uk,
FWIW the full link you've posted above is identical to the one posted on dealnews[.]com, and does work.

Game starts but immediately minimizes to the bottom tool bar. Clicking on it doesn't help, it keeps going to the tool bar! I've had several other games do the same thing, can't figure it out!

This is not highly rated on Big Fish, a hair below average. And only 25% recommended it. But this is deceptive. This is a timed game. No untimed mode. So. those who got bogged down while playing the demo and could not play many levels in an hour gave it a mediocre to bad rating. Partly too, it appears to be those people hadn't delved into/mastered the bonus system, which is meant to provide a partial way around the clock. There is a free play mode, which is also timed but doesn't have the story elements. Not clear from the reviews whether that is easier to play, though probably is, at least a little. The one advantage to it appears to be: You can only unlock the next level on the story mode by completing the last 1. It appears you can hop around in free play. The bottom line, though, is: if you object to timers, this 1 in particular may not be for you, but, if you don't object, or like timed challenges, this appears to have a lot of variety over basic solitaire mahjong going for it.

Bit tricky Windows 10 x64 Pro. Ok d/l & install to D: drive. Upon exit of installation & choosing Run Game, game black screened and the prior window came up in a reduced size. Freaked thinking ah it's borked. Tried game from icon. Ran ok for level one (looks good w/ some diff kinds of game designs to this well worn genre). Still shrunk screen. Ran Windows compat troubleshooter, let it run game. Exited game & now a regular screen size & placement - compat changed to Windows 8. Overall fun game from just short try. Hoping doesn't bomb later. Plays as a young girl but no matter. Minor theme 'story' but it's the match part that is key & nicely done graphics. Get if fan. 9/10 fan. Thanks GOTD & game.

Nice quick and easy download and install. It looks bright and colourful, which always helps, and although I haven't had the chance to test-drive it yet, I shall try to have a go later and report back. It looks cheerful and worth a shot, so far!

Well, I've given the game a little trial run, and I have to say it's looking very promising. It's not the simple standard kind of Mah Jong where you just grab all the pairs you can find - with this one you have to find particular matches for the waiting customers, which means a spot of quick grabbing of other pairs which are blocking the required pairs from your grasp. It starts relatively slowly, but as more customers come in you have to move faster to keep them happy. There are other things that creep in as the game develops, like recipes and potions, but I haven't explored them very far at the moment. I'd say it's worth downloading if you like Mah Jong games in general - it has some hidden depths too, which you will only find as you travel through the levels. A keeper for me, anyway - thanks to GGAOTD and to Whiterabbit for offering it here today! :-D

It seems to be incompatible with Windows 10 and can't even work around it with compatibility mode.

I temporarily disabled my Avast! as per the instructions, and then had no trouble at all installing this game. Although I don't have time to play it right now, I have other Toomky games which are always fun to play and with great graphics, so I'm sure this game will be just as fun.

This is what Google Chrome comes up with, 1st time ever with a GOTD download.
So simple way out of it, I used Microsoft Edge and it downloaded straight away with no problems, looks like I am going to enjoy this game, nice graphics, I always turn music off as it gets a bit boring in my mind, so if you have problems trying to download this game just try a different browser.

It's the third game I can't install, it tells me it can't be downloaded safely.

Gaby,
Hi Gaby, I had the same message, so decided to download it from the other free game site that gives games away here. (Can't mention the name, but I'm sure you know who I mean as they gave us a game yesterday)

Gaby, it's most likely your antivirus software, I changed mine because it kept reporting false negatives and prevented me from accessing games here.
I've been downloading free software from this site for more than 10 years and have never had a virus.

Gaby,
Same here but I can click do it anyway and it is downloaded then and works.

" it tells me it can't be downloaded safely."
This can be caused by the browser or your security software, and is similar to the built-in warning in Win10 when you try to start some apps. Basically these warnings are saying: "Are you sure you want to do that?", and normally they will let you proceed after you click whatever consent button. Since most people don't have problems, e.g. I've never seen it with a GOTD download, it's more likely your security software, though you could have the browser set to a higher security level also in its settings.
These sorts of warnings can be true or false, similar to security software giving a false positive with some app's file, &/or to your email service's spam filter occasionally blocking email that there's nothing wrong with.
How you proceed when you get one of these warning is up to you... you can investigate further, or not -- you can go ahead anyway, or not.

Just verified, using the latest Edge browser [at default settings], then double checking with a scan using current version of BitDefender -- no problems at all.

Gaby, Google Chrome has started blocking almost everything I try to download. So I tell it to "Keep" the file, then (as I always do) scan it with Malwarebytes and, if still concerned, I double-check by sending it to VirusTotal dot com. My own antivirus (Bitdefender) also checks files as they are downloaded, and when I try to run them. So I find Chrome's intervention an unnecessary waste of time, but it's not a big one.
It would save all of us a lot of time if GOTD and GGOTD would post VirusTotal results for each file they offer, before they encase it in their DRM wrapper. I don't like that I can't really check anything inside the wrapper until it's already installed.
I've had a few things (out of hundreds over many years) from GOTD that contained unwanted stuff, including an odd zip program (AL Zip, I believe) that for some very dumb reason changed the default name of new text files to something else that contained "new" in the title, like Newdelhi.txt -- many different possible titles. That was funny for a few seconds until I spent hours tracking down the cause, and wondered what else they thought it would be funny to change on my PC. Adding software to your PC is like inviting a stranger into your home.
