Love the concept - but after reading the reviews, I'll pass. Too much effort for too little return.

This game is not my kind of thing today, so I'll pass but ever grateful to see giveaways daily lately. ^^

There seems to be some confusion as to the actual name of this game, its advertised as Magazine Editor, but installs as Amazing Editor. It’s an indie simulation game where you play as a magazine editor. Graphics are stylized cartoonish in nature.

Introduction:

You've lost your job, wife and family. After several years of wandering you're appointed as a Chief Editor in the “Our Ural” magazine. You've got 9 weeks to prove your worth and get back to the rich, lucky and fun life. Your team consists of talented journalists with lots of ideas, but don't forget about the investors who're dictating the rules. Become the Chief Editor for this magazine and win the “Magazine of the Year” competition!

The Game:

Personally I found the game virtually unplayable. Firstly, there is no instructions on how to play the game, (I didn't have enough time to spend figuring out how to play the game), plus it's a relatively short game with only nine levels. See the links to reviews below for some negative and a positive review (next paragraph). Most of the reviews were negative apart from one decent positive review. The rest of the positive reviews were one lines with nothing to say. There are over 200 reviews, mostly negative, with just over 30 reviews in English. you can see all of the reviews HERE

The latest Epic games are now The End is Nigh (a sprawling adventure platformer) and ABZU (a beautiful underwater adventure that evokes the dream of diving). These will change over to Conarium (an atmospheric and chilling Lovecraftian walking simulator horror adventure game) (worth £15) next Thursday 13th September.
