I'm away for most of today so don't have time to post a review apart from the following screen captures. It looks like a nice match three clone with mini games.
You can see several in-game videos of game play (Mini Game SPOILERS) HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE & HERE.

I'll be back early evening, so will continue to moderate then.

Mike,

Installed on my Win 10 64-bit (without compatibility mode) and the game works fine.

marie,
I don't give up easily! Downloaded from ToomkyGames this time as time-expired on GGOTD.
Ensured ALL protection from Bitdefender was disabled.
Game works fine!!!

Thanks for confirming this worked on your Win10 64-bit machine.

I'm normally not a big fan of M3 games as I find they get very repetitive but this is a bit different. I like the addition of puzzles and the moving board though after a while it can become a bit dizzying. Also, the music is so repetitve, it got to be annoying. Easy enough to turn it off. The graphics are very good. As neme mentioned below, I did not understand the ending at 80% with a key vs. go to 100% and then still use your key. I will look into what leia stated but wish this was explained clearly somewhere within the game. Maybe I missed it, I will look later.

Aside from those few negatives, this is a good game and I look forward to getting further into it.

Thanks to TookmyGames, the GGOTD team and Stephen!

This game doesn't display correctly on my monitor (that is, it's a little too big to fit my screen, whether I choose full screen or not). Ordinarily I would just delete the game, but this looks like one I might like since I like some Match 3 games. Does anyone know what I can do to make it display correctly?

My monitor is several years old and is 1360x768. I don't know much about monitors, so I'm hoping for help. TIA.

nauseating... board moves every time you make a move

I find the moving of the play area as you are trying to match the pieces annoying. I do not care for all the intro you have to go through in order to start the game. However it is a fairly good match three game.

I believe, the Lost Inca Prophecy was given away on Oct 07,2012. This must be the sequel.

Does anyone know how to access Game Giveaway Archives from past years?

JEDIGEG, Thank you for your comments, they are appreciated.

There is another way you can check. i.e. Google the name of the game with the gamegiveawayoftheday included in the search; though it isn't as effective as it used to be as it doesn't always find previous giveaways, at least not on the first few pages of searches.

JEDIGEG,

Should have thought about the URL pasting technique. Hopefully I'll remember that in future.

As you said... I've been Googling it, and normally by using the means outlined by Whiterabbit below, I am normally successful but as he has also mentioned, this method is not always able to gain the needed results.

So your URL pasting method might just be the best way and I hope to recall it in future.

Hate to sound stupid; I'm usually really good at figuring out twists in games, but...In this game, like other match 3s, you have to clear all the green tiles by making matches, and you can earn powerups on the way. When you reach 80% of the required tiles, you get a key that lets you exit the level. You can continue with the level til you reach 100% (and beyond) or exit at 80%. When you reach 100%, you don't automatically go to the next level; you either use your key and go, or keep playing that level (to increase your score I guess.) I can't figure out what the best strategy is: do you exit at 80% with a lower score and get the time bonus, go for the 100% and then exit (often losing the time bonus, but gaining points for matches), keep going forever running up points but never moving on? When I keep going for a while, I get only 2 stars instead of 3; I've gotten 3 stars exiting at 80% (which makes no sense) and at 100% but sometimes with 100%, only 2 stars. My goal is to get 3 stars at each level; perhaps that is more a matter of time than points? There is no help file that explains this and the initial popups just say the basics. Any ideas?

This looks like it has the potential to be more fun than the usual match 3, so I'm looking forward to understanding it well enough to feel challenged.

time... if you don't finish the level in before the thermometer empties you lose a star

leia, thanks; I didn't even see a thermometer! I'll check the next time I play.

Beautiful graphics, different challenges, new type of game for me.

Love the different puzzles and challenges.

The moving background: To play with a clear head only - otherwise it makes you dizzy ;-)

Thanks to GotD and TomkyGames

Nice looking mix offering a new twist to the genre. Pretty much gave up on this theme but the variety of design here is eye catchy. Worth a shot. Thanks for images, comments & GOTD.

Will not send me the notification to download, tells me it will 'send in a few seconds' but no matter how long I wait, nothing. Like some of the match 3 games too.

Jayson, if you literally mean notifications are failing, which happens sometimes, then just send to your email.

Nice twist on the regular 3 match game with the moving board. Not too challenging after 6 rounds played. Mini puzzles are a nice add-on.

Really good game not just a match 3 it has other puzzles within the game.
When doing the match 3 game the board moves around which makes it more fun.

Fast download and no need for registering. Nice and colorful, and seems a bit more creative than many other games of this type that we've seen. I can't play it right now, but it looks like fun. I'll amend my review later if needed.
