Only 1 negative and a bunch of short positive reviews of this on Steam, some with little real content, so you have to wonder a bit, but others that seem legit.
More importantly, 3 curators recommend it and only 1 panned it. Never heard anyone say that the curator reviews aren't reliable, though I'm not a Steam member. So probably worth a try. I'm going to have to skip though. This ancient machine has a single core cpu, and none of the dual core games have worked for me.
Good luck, and hope you folks enjoy. Thanks GGOTD and Falcoware.

Player destroys his opponents with a hammer, dodges bullets shot at you moving behind blocks or trees, or can also break through blocks...thats about the gist of the gameplay here in this 2d topdown pixel art game. Controls are WASD which is not remappable in game without using a 3rd party utility, and the mouse is used to attack. The graphical change of your character in the bottom left is a nice touch when you take damage but hard to know vs some type of bar/meter added when you stand. Destroying blocks and trees works well and adds to the gameplay but some end in hard walls you cant break through.
Unfortunately there are some serious issues with the controls, namely that your mouse is expected to be your aiming mechanism and can move 360 degrees around you, but you appear to only be able to attack just left or right only although it may hit them right above you. Understandably with people shooting at you this leads to frustrating quick deaths if you attempt to run straight at the attackers unless you maybe go through the bricks to get to them, and very difficult with them coming from above. Perhaps this should be tried to allow hitting in all directions more fully to see if it improves the gameplay as now its very hard and less fun due to that. Making the enemies have only melee weapons at least in the first few levels may help gameplay also vs bullets right away.
I should point out that there are many recent 'bullet hell type games and most I did not like that much due to their difficulty even without such issues although a few like patch quest that adds a lot of other things like monster capture into the game I did like. Some like doomed to hell might be considered a decent indie one which I am giving away my key right now on indiegala since I dont enjoy this genre as much as some people do.
The chiptunes 'music' is very annoying and had to turn it off which I dont normally do. It mentions 3 levels in the steam achievements but unsure if there are multiple parts to each level or its very short ). Pricing listed is $29.95 which would be very high for even a high class well developed game with many hours of gameplay - maybe under $1 up to $11.99 would be more in the range for such a title if the gameplay was worked on to different degrees. Adding some upgrades, roguelike elements, collectible loot and the like might increase its potential sellable value once the base gameplay is considered enjoyable.
Rating: D+ (Your mileage may vary on this one compared to me depending on your enjoyment )
