installed game, ran it but could not see mouse on menu screen. how do i fix that?

Hi Jon S, Try changing the screen resolution. Or alternatively go into compatibility mode (right click on game shortcut of the actual game .exe file and select properties, then from the small window that appears select the compatibility tab. There are several things you can change such as selecting a different operating system emulator, or disable full screen optimization or Change High DPI settings etc. I won't be back now until after the giveaway is over. It's approaching 4am here in the UK and I should have retired hours ago. i've got a really busy day tomorrow so will be sleeping up to when I have to go out. That said, please do let me know if you managed to sort the issue. Thanks.

Still have a Jewel Quest: Heritage GOTD from 3/30/19. Don't rem playing it much but kept it installed but likely not half bad especially for fans of genre. At the time I was getting worn out on the form but think this is among the best.

If the problem occurred when you tried to run the GOTD setup.exe file, you might have to run it with Windows running in Safe Mode -- you'll find discussion of this in the forum and on several of the GOTD download pages from previous giveaways.
If it happened when you tried to run the game, you might want to check the log file at C:\Users\ [UserName]\ AppData\ Roaming\ iwin\ JewelQuest7Seas\ -- double click it & it should open in Notepad. Windows itself also keeps logs -- Control Panel -> Admin. Tools -> Event Viewer. You might also have success right clicking the game's game.exe file, selecting Properties, then the compatibility tab, making changes there, or alternatively when you right click that file run the Compatibility troubleshooter.
