I was afraid of this. It seems that every time I start playing this kind of storytelling game, I run into problems that stop me dead in my tracks. This time, the problem is that I've done everything in the crime scene and on the beach, but now I need to re-activate the binoculars to find the seagull. Well, I have the quarter for it, but the binoculars no longer "activate" no matter where I click on it, and naturally, it won't take that second quarter either. So now I'm stopped. VERY frustrating!

find the screen far too dark in all of these Patterson games. Though I do like it other than that.

Anyone else not able to pick up the end of the hose to fill the water barrel? I have tried the different screen settings (wide, full) and still can't pick it up.

RBG, you need to klick where the water comes from and not the end of the hose.

Opened fine on Win 7 64. Everything working ok. I wish I could have the lighthouse and water on the main page for myself.. :).. I enjoyed reading the dossier to learn more about the people involved and the opening was pretty good as well. I am really going to enjoy playing this more. I have only played for a short time, but everything seems to be working well. Thank you MPC and GOTD for this game. This will be a keeper for sure.
