To no.22 why dont you lighten up if you dont want those games with scare and gore than dont download them,I have read there are people who want more adult games not these kids games all the time and I do watch the news and yes this world is a mess and needs help bad, but everyone does not enjoy this kid stuff so we dont download it.

Fun game. Actually probably best for the kids but we have gotten a few good hours of fun out of this one today. Installs and runs fine on Vista. Thanks for another good game.

#13, the game can be installed and uninstalled as many times as you want. The only catch is that you can only unlock the game within the 24 hour period it is offered. The install/uninstall itself has nothing to do with the activation. If your registry is smart, you'll even be able to reinstall after the giveaway has expired, and the game should still be activated. What are you so concerned about?

This game is a bit repetitive but it's still quite good. Thumbs up.

#21, id you like scare and gore, watch the news, any time any day, there's plenty there. Games should be fun, not more misery or fright.
This game looks good but crashed three times, said it had to close and I haven't got it to actually open so I could get a look at it.
I do have several of the gotd games and some software and I thank you very much, have my daughter hooked on it too. Thanks guys (and girls)

#16, I like monopoly and other board games. Lots better than "fuzzy bunny" type games. I do agree that a little more variety of game types and targeted age would be nice. Otherwise, this is a great site. I visit everyday, and download something about once or twice a week. Keep up the good work GGOTD!

This game's concept is not my thing, but possibly for others. Fair graphics, poor sound. Thumbs down as I do not think it is worth 20$.

very good game ideal for young children

This is similar to the classic arcade game Defender except you don't have to move forward or back, just up and down. And we're talking cute and cuddly creatures instead of ships in in this Alawar version. I didn't try this on Vista (which btw, I had no problem running Tiny Worlds on Vista Home Premium, unlike some of the other reviews.) This game starts out very easy and gets harder, but is unlikely to impress either the classic gamer set or those over about 8. Not really my cup of caffeine, but then I didn't like Defender either. As I said it does get progressively harder (throw out accuracy and concentrate on strafing everything.) Ran on XP. As usual great graphics and nice soundtrack.

This is a welcome repeat from last December. My kids competed against each other for weeks to see who could get the better promotions. It has lovely graphics and great gameplay (although I'm sure some will say it's a little repetitive).

It's almost like a cartoon version of a shoot 'em up. Where Zak and Jack have to destroy wave upon wave of monsters attacking them. There are power ups to help you on your way. Watch out for the end of level bosses; you'll need to keep some of the extra missiles you earn during the game for the end of level otherwise you'll be toast. :)

This is worth a decent 7 out of 10, although from a childs perspective its probably worth at least an 8 out of 10. Either way it's worth a few moments of your time to download it and check it out. The first time around I wasn't sure about this game, but once the kids started to play it I knew it had been a worthwhile download, besides I started playing it myself and was pleasantly suprised at how addictive it was. If you have children, its a definite must have.

I really appreciate the freeness of the games but I do have one complaint. It seems like a lot of them are kid targeted. I realize there are parents who download these for their kids but there are a lot more adults then kids coming to this site. But I will take my own advice which is, if you don't like it then don't download it. Thanks and I look forward to tomorrow.

any games by this company is fine by me ,I have never played or bought or gotten free any better on the net Alawar is great stuff no matter what it is they arer good games this one is no exception it is also great

The game installed and played fine,although its a bit boring and childish.I'd like to see some games that are for older people and with something more to them (like gore)than the games lately,thanks anyway
