From what I read on Steam this is from a mobile app and/or a reskin from other 8Floor sea themed tower defense games. That said, I have 1 of them that this is supposed to be reskinned from - Royal Defense, though that machine of mine's which has it has been down for quite awhile but will be back up very shortly - and I found that game decently entertaining and it didn't seem like a mobile port. I would say that if you like tower defense games - one of my favorites - and you don't have a ton already, or only want the toughest or most unique - then this is easily a worthy download. Also, if this a re-skin of Royal Defense, this is MUCH better looking. Easily worth a download. Having trouble with the machine I'll be downloading this on - probably needs some file jettisoning and a defrag - but will post a review if I can get it to work.
One thing I noticed when looking at the Steam curators mini reviews: 1 complained that auto aiming for the cannon turrets was off and manual aiming was needed for accuracy - though that could be intentional - like area damage from the bombards is in Kingdom Rush until you do some upgrades.
Thanks GGOTD and Toomky.
