After the game was successfully installed, it tried to start automatically, but this ended with an error message:

Unable to execute file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\HillsRacing.exe
CreateProcess failed: code 740.

If you start it by hand by clicking the icon, you are asked to grant administrator rights, and then it starts.
Maybe an issue with Windows 11?
