Hi!
At first thought completely boring, but then could see where adding and buying, upgrading would be more
interesting. Great for kids! The game uploaded easily, play was fast in normal mode. Will look forward to see what enters as I go along! Thank for another good game and have a great week! Lee

This was also given away November 15, 2015

I enjoyed it then, too.

Touch Screen Warning:

This refers to the version of this game that I bought when it was released - but I assume it would still be the same version as I've had no update there.

If your monitor is touch screen this game disables / removes the mouse and forces you to play touch screen. There is no way I'd play this type of game with touch screen on an upright monitor - my monitor doesn't go flat - and I couldn't find a way to change this - which made the game unplayable for me.

However, I had a lot of fun playing it - it's a fun / challenging time management game on my previous computer - that wasn't a touch screen. (I had bought it when it was first released - years ago.)

You might need to adjust your compatibility mode to Windows XP Service Pack 3.

I'm unable to access my computer for more than a few moments at a time while we have guests over the weekend, so no review. i've posted some images, a few links to game play videos and a link to a full review.

I can't believe its been 50 years since the first moon landing. I still remember vividly the excitement and watching news items about the moon landings avidly. My science teacher had a TV installed in our form room so that we could watch various news stories about the moon landing, and we saw the launch live instead of a math lesson. A few friends and I used to go to the language labs and pretend to be mission control, with our French teacher allowing us the pleasure as he was into the whole thing himself. Fond memories that left a lasting impression. I have two bed shirts with NASA emblazoned on the front and have been into astronomy since those early days, and even have a reasonable 10 inch reflecting Celestron telescope with equatorial mount, but it hasn't been used since we moved four years ago as the north star is at the front of the house so I can't set the mount up correctly because the house blocks the location of the star. Anyone have any ideas? I thought of triangulating its position using a protractor with string and weight, (to get the angle in relation to the ground) and 30 meter tape measure to roughly guess where the star is in relation to where I have my telescope placed at the Study patio doors. :)

Whiterabbit-uk,

Yes, 50 years! Crazy! And we thought we'd be living like The Jetsons by the year 2000!

Get a computerized telescope. They feed data to the computer and match that to internal star maps.

jboy,

"And we thought we'd be living like The Jetsons by the year 2000!"

We were collectively much more naive back then, assuming robotics would be used for *our* betterment. ;)

Whiterabbit-uk, Since you are not ;-) busy you can listen to the whole moon landing (realtime or 1 minute to launch) at apolloinrealtime.org/11 . But you already know that. I hope it works over in UK as it does here in Canada. Right now they are already heading back to earth. Sorry I should have posted this earlier but I was too busy listening.
Good luck with the telescope.I heard part of an interview with a sixty plus woman who now built her own observatory I believe here in Ontario.
